Having a great DD! This is my fourth one and they are definitely getting easier...today I have had 251 cals and I may eat just a few more in a bit...my DD totals should be 331 so I technically have 80 left to play with...

Hope everyone is doing ok on their DD

Today's my second DD since being back on the JUDDD plan and it was going really well...
Apple: 80 calories
Lean Beef Patty: 170 calories

and then I HAD to pick up a Nature Valley Granola Bar.

190 calories

Over by 50 calories

Today was probably a 4. I felt fine but had a couple hurdles. I donated blood this morning so I needed to eat way earlier than I normally would have and then had a memorial service for a family member that included food afterward. Ended up with a little over 600 cals for the day. Feeling a bit hungry now so I guess I will drink something a go to bed early!

Today looks like it will be a challenging DD. I have had only about 110 cals so far but it is only 1:30 and food is on my mind and tempting me. Stomach is rumbling. Maybe it's because I am doing some work I need to do but don't want to LOL!! OR maybe it's because I baked some really delish cookies yesterday that are sitting in the cookie jar tempting me. Or maybe it's because I ate half my calories yesterday (still stayed within calorie limits) in the aforementioned cookies so the body is wanting more nutrition today. Who knows? In any case I will have to tough it out. I give today a 2.

So far so good today. I am not dragging around like I was yesterday so that is good. Skipped breakfast other than coffee with HWC and not hungry so will put off eating my fist cold boiled potato until then. Got a lot to do so I better get it done.

Adi, I'm so glad you're feeling better today!

My DD is good so far! I'd give it a 5. I seem to be spinning in place this month. But, since alot of my days so far have been in maintenance mode, I guess that's fine. I have lowered my goal to 140 from 145. Maybe my body LIKES 145! lol! I'm pretty happy with it myself!

Thank you ladies.

I'm sorry so many JBs are struggling with DDs lately. I wonder if it's the weather changing (at least it is here in AZ). I always have to remind myself that I get really tired and draggy when we go from cool to warm, and we went from having a fire last Sunday, to A/C on today. Yuck!

I do the same thing every year!! We ran our A/C yesterday cause we got up to 85*!! Ugh!!!!

Good DD here. A solid 5. The worst part was feeling cold. Our weather is just crap. I played golf last Sunday and today I sat here looking out at the 2-3 inches of snow we got yesterday! Another 3 inches is coming tomorrow along with sleet and freezing rain. I am SO over Winter!

I finally had a 5 DD. We had a lunch after church...spaghetti, bread, dessert, salad....I didn't eat a thing. An afternoon wedding shower with the typical nibbles, sweets, nuts and cake...again...I didn't touch it. I've had two protein shakes at 130 cals each and a half teaspoon of CO in my morning coffee....that's it! I was going to fix a chicken / cabbage / shiratki soup, but when I got the ingredients out I decided I was not even hungry and so just put them back up. This is my first 5 DD, my first DD under 300 calories, and my first DD with a group luncheon followed by another function and I totally resisted. Heck, I can't believe it but I wasn't even tempted! Go figure, that's very unlike me. Heading for bed now and looking forward to tomorrow's UD. Sweet dreams, friends.

My tummy is a "4" since it's been rumbling more than usual.

My head is a "5" because the alternative is "... then just stay fat"

It's going on 1:30 and all I've had so far is 100 calories (2 cups of coffee w/cream).

Probably a 4 or 5. Getting a little hungry, but dinner is just a few hrs. away. I had my potato calories wrong from my last DD, but not complaining since I lost almost 2 lb. I thought it was 66 cals. a cup and turns out that count was for 1/2 a cup. No biggie I'll just correct it this go around.

I enjoy the changing seasons here, but our normal high temp this time of year is is mid to upper 40's so I guess it's just a mental thing. 20's usually isn't too bad unless you add the wind chill and DD shiver factors in!

I grew up in Texas too - I adore the heat. Bring it!! Dreaming of triple digits. . . . it is bad for folks that have to work in it, though.

My DD gets a rating of 4 so far today. Was hungry earlier, feeling better after a boiled egg white and tea.

I guess I'd say a 3. My stomach started rumbling at 12ish and I knew I couldn't eat until 1:30. Now I'm sitting here at my desk trying to work and thinking that I want to eat chicken parm. :-)

Only a few more hours then I can have dinner and go to bed early.

Had a great DD today, drank my 2 protein shakes over the span of the day ...300 cals total, then had some spagetti shirataki noodles w 2T herb and chive cream cheese 100 cals...400 for the day so far. The only thing is I rinsed the noodles well, then mic'd them for a minute but didnt dry them...added the cream cheese and now the last third is laying in a pool of liquid in my bowl....YUCK. No appetite left...probably less than the 100 cals went into my mouth though ..

Had a great DD,,,,I say a 5,,,worked at both jobs so got in 13 hrs...fasted until dinner and then had 16 ozs V-8 juice for a total of 100 cals today...bring on UD tomorrow...great job everyone :0)
