Today's dd rocked! I had so much going on that I did'nt have time to think about food and ended up eating my lowest dd calories yet, at 300 for the day. My eating window closes at 7pm and I have No hunger at all-and I'm baking two huge batches of gourmet style cookies right now (fundraiser kind). Not even a little bit tempted to have one, though I know what I'm having for breakfast tomorrow
Gobs of energy too, probably my best dd so far |

My DD rocked too!! A 5+++! I saved enough calories to have a two-egg omelet with mushrooms, broccoli and parmesan cheese. Perfectly content. |

5!!!!!!!! My best one yet!! Hunger was existent but totally manageable! Coming in at just under 500 calories for the day and I made it till 7:30 before I finally sat down to eat.
I am so excited! I feel great, I can do this!! B - 16 oz coffee w/h&h 87 cal L - hard boiled egg, kale chips (1 cup, broke that up in half, late afternoon snack) 125 cal D- Shrimp (2-3 oz) 134ish cal, buffalo cauliflower 35 cal 487 give or take a few |

4. A good, solid DD. Very busy today and time just flew. Coffee, protein shake at mid day and a can of Progresso Santa Fe light for supper, plus a salad with a vinagrette sprinkle. I wasn't even tempted when making Irish Coffee pies for DH to take to work tomorrow for their St Patty's celebration. I did have just a small taste to be sure it was ok (new recipe). Time for some sweet dreams...everyone rest well tonight.

I feel great...I have passed up all the goodies and food that has been brought in for our parent teacher conferences....Dropped of the cheese queso dip I made in the office and left...I am sure supre busy with book fair, conferences etc and will just stay out of that area I plan on fasting until dinner and then a light meal Nice job everyone, I am soooo proud of you all <3 |

I'm feeling a 5 too.Nothing but coffee and flavored water so far.Going to the park and for a walk with my Daughter and grandbaby soon.Hope to end the day at zero cc but if needed will have sf pudding and coffee before bed.Hope you all are having a good DD!!

5 here too. Had a boiled egg at around midday and since then have been cleaning up a storm in the cellar. So much energy it is wonderful.

Today has been a great day. Thursdays I'm pretty busy so I honestly didn't feel hungry until about 2. I drank my shake and when I leave here I'm heading to the gym. So far I'm at 190 calories for the day and I'll finish my day with tuna and 5 crackers for about 380 calories today. Overall, it's a 7ish day.
So glad to hear that everyone is doing well on their DD. Keep it up!! |

I'm so glad to hear so many JBs are having a great DD today! Mine is "eh" at best. I'm not hungry at all, so it isn't that. I didn't sleep well last night and I'm feeling really tired and draggy. I'm really lucky in that I usually sleep very well and fall asleep easily. Every now and then I have a little trouble, no big deal. I can usually make it through those days with little tiredness until late afternoon or evening. But today, it's kicking my butt! And I've felt like this since I woke up. Oh well, I think I'll sleep good tonight and be back to normal again! Just had to whine a little bit.

Mine has been probably a 5. Was hungry earlier, but had to run some errands and got busy and forgot about it. After cabbage stir fry and greek yogurt should finish at 170.

I think today has been my best down day yet. I got some pterostilbene earlier in the week and I do think they make a difference for me. I'm not really hungry at all. So far today just coffee and creamer. About 80 calories worth! Yeah, I can do this!

Very quiet DD so far which is welcome as I was unwell yesterday (which was day 13 of the potato hack which might/not be relevant).
I haven't been able to eat anything yet. I was surprised to weigh in at a new low because although I'm dehydrated, yesterday was the only day I've gone off-plan from the potato hack. I ate approx. 500kcals of fruit jelly sweets to give me the sugar boost to be able to return home. I hope that this doesn't prompt me to crave more sweets later today. |

I got pretty sick on potatoes at the end of day 3. It was sudden, and pretty acute. I wondered if it was that I ate the peels on almost all the potatoes for those 3 days. I'll do PH again, but I think I'll peel most of them.

An awful day. I am just dragging. Even had to take a nap. This DST is killing me. Drinking a lot water. Had a huge breakfast so that means today is an UD and I have zero energy or appetite.
And it feels like the worst DD I have ever had.![]() Be back tomorrow on my REAL DD. If I survive today. |
