2 so far. I woke up hungry and have stayed hungry. Have had nothing but diet soda so far today (11:40 am) but I am distractingly hungry and have a ton of work to do today so may need to eat something if it doesn't calm down soon. I need a good DD today to help me dip back down to my weekend low.

5 so far, but it is only 12:11pm. Today is the first day of vacation, but leave for Canada tomorrow morning. I'm fasting for now, but may start fast 5 tonight and not count calories. Don't know. Right now I'll just keep fasting and decide tonight.

Really good day so far. I always say that in the early afternoon. Evening is when it gets hard for me.

Carly, I was just looking at your ticker and calculating where I would be if I could duplicate your loss rate. Of course ignoring the huge age difference in this fantasy. Have a great vacation.

its lunchtime, doing well, haven't eaten a thing...so extending my fast
did take pterostilbene, 5htp, and l-carnitine with warm water
tummy just started growling. been busy with work errands
feels good not to eat right now

Wow I hit that button before I was ready!
I feel good today. Was a little hungry this morning so I decided to have a 1/2 serving of oatmeal and that calmed the hunger really well. I think I'm learning that it's not protein or fat that keeps me full the longest. It carbs! Yay for eating anything on JUDDD!

This is my first day of trying to fast until dinner while teaching. So far so good! (it's about 1:00). I'm having a family dinner out tonight so I wanted to save all my calories. I think this would have been a lot harder earlier in JUDDD, but down days have become even easier recently (about 2 months in).

I usually have coffee before gym, but then the milk was sour
At 10 am I was starving, almost feeling faint
BUT then I made coffee and my appetite just vanished
Around 5 pm I felt like eating as I prepared dinner for our little ones.
Had a bowl of stirfried veggies 120 cals and 1/2 a kiwi fruit 23 cals
7 pm I had 200g of strawberries 63 cals and a bowl of miso soup 50 cals
I could not even finish the soup, I feel stuffed. Weird
I had a very productive day and feel good. Thank you JUDDD

I actually had an honest-to-god 24 hour fast. My oldest son announced last night that he was coming home for a couple of days, and he and his brother decided they wanted to have dinner tonight, on my DD. I was annoyed.

But I decided to hold out as long as I could to save up calories for a restaurant dinner. As it happens, schedule glitches made it so that we didn't even get to the restaurant until 9:15 pm. I think I had my first bite of food at 9:30.

Not something I want to do regularly, but it was worth it to be able to sit down and eat a normal looking meal with my boys.

Having a good DD so far. I'm trying to keep my calories low today, hopefully around the 300 mark. I just made a big pot of vegetable soup says 61 calories per cup. So I will be having that for dinner. Yum Yum!

I am having a great DD...so far, 4.5, I have eaten one fresh fig, a small cappuccino and a Bovril drink for 8 cals.

However, I have been invited to join a friend for supper which I know will be roast pork and roast beetroot amongst other things.

Will do my best but if I go higher, I go higher.

This morning I wasn't all that hungry, so instead of doing my normal DD breakfast, I just went with bulletproof coffee and here we are at 2pm and I'm feeling fine. I'd have ranked the day higher but I'm so exhausted today I can't seem to get off the couch.

I didn't sleep well last night after having been up late working, and it's TOM, so I think I'm just going to give myself permission to have a case of the Sunday Lazies.

A 4 or 5 so far. Not really hungry as I am fighting a cold. It's just after 4PM here and I have had nothing except a lemon square (55 calories) that looked far too tempting as a free sample while shopping at Trader Joes. Not sure what is on the menu for dinner. It's either lox on magic pops or Trader Joes BBQ chicken and some veggies.

I'd say a 4.5 today. Actually, it was pretty much a 5 until about 10pm tonight. It was another performance weekend, and had an afternoon rehearsal plus a concert tonight. I had coffee with cream at noon, then a grilled chicken sandwich (300 cal) at 5pm.

Wasn't even ravenously hungry after the show was over, but felt like I would want to eat something before going to bed. I had some scrambled egg beaters with cream cheese (213 cal), then started feeling like I wanted more so I ate an apple. I'm about up to 600 calories, but considering that I was singing for four hours, I figure a few extra calories are not a problem.

Crazy Cat I hope you kept the hunger monster at bay.

My DD's been a 3 today.
Was noticeably hungry this afternoon, though not unbearably.
However, I should have worked out my cals for dinner before I cooked and ate it!
Didn't realise all those innocent-looking green beans, broccoli and cauli would add up to so many.
Just hope I'm not hungry at bedtime. I've used 352 cals today and my DD allowance is only 311. I'm annoyed with myself because I could have easily substituted fat free yogurt for one of the eggs if I'd known in advance.

Oh well, I learn from my mistakes and JUDDD is very forgiving!

2.5 - 3 today. I woke up hungry. It's my first day back to work after 5 days off and there's TONS to do. We also had a catered training session, but I snuck out a bit before and got my chili to get me through. I love that everyone at my work is understanding about my WOE and they just take it in stride. My boss even put a bag in the fridge with leftovers from today's lunch so I can have some tomorrow.

I was fine until late afternoon... probably a 4... now it is suppertime, and I have allowed myself 1 cup of cod, 1 cup of veg, but I am starving now... funny, how hunger, just like weather, can roll in. agggg. I am sipping a Fresca... maybe I will have some cucumber.

Today is my first DD. I was fine up till about 2 hours ago and now I am ready to gnaw my arm off

I have ground chicken and cabbage planned for dinner which will be filling (I hope )

I have been staring at my bagels all day and talked myself out of having one more times than I can count.

I didn't have a gain at all after my first UD, so I am taking comfort in the fact I should see a loss (even if small) tomorrow.

Today is going much better than Monday. I think I had eaten all my calories by 4pm that day.

3 today. Tummy grumbling and growling but I am holiday fasting so that means no food or water till about 8 tonight. I miss the liquids the most. The thirst is much worse than the hunger.

I have had a fab DD, deffo a 5!! Tummy is rumbling a teeny bit, hope that means some of my fat is burning off!! I actually prefer DD's, there is no room for manouvre on a DD is there.

DD is still a 5. It's 6:35pm and I was worried my first DD back would be hard, but no. I feel great. I kinda missed DDs while on vacation, but also enjoyed no counting what so ever and eating if I felt like it- even though that was less than I would have suspected.

It has been a good day. It is almost 7:30 and I'm at 280 cals. My lowest DD if I don't eat tonight. Hunger manageable. A little obsessed with web surfing and didn't feel too productive but actually did get a few things done on hindsite. 5
