5 for sure. I had 4 oz celery with walden farms dressing (16), cup of coffee (30), mug of miso soup (20). Getting ready to get on the eliptical for a bit and then off to bed. It's 7:20pm so my bedtime snack is in less than 2 hours. Tonight I think it will be Kim's deli pops and laughing cow light.

Today is a 4. Fighting a head cold and feeling icky right now and a bit hungry. But I'm done eating for the day so I just need to get through the next hour and then I'm going to bed early tonight!

Thank you! I'm a bit nervous because my son is getting over norovirus and tonight my dh is complaining that his stomach feels 'off'. So far I've just got cold symptoms though-sore throat, burning eyes, congestion etc. My stomach feels fine, besides being a bit hungry from my DD

![]() My DD has been about a 4, I guess. I've been really hungry today for some reason. DH & I had a huge salad with a bit of chopped deli ham for lunch. I also had a cup of fresh canteloupe. I just finished a bowl of veggie soup. It's almost 7:30 here; so, maybe I can finish the day with just a few more calories. I've stayed busy today with quilting. It's helped some what. Busy hands really do help. |

Solid 5 here. I thought maybe since I did a tough boot camp workout that I'd be starving, but I'm actually doing well with just tea. I did have a cup of coffee after boot camp with a tsp of coconut oil and a tsp of MCT oil in it. That really seems to help!

4 for me...kinda hungry today. Just had a shake and that helped...will have two more before the day is out and some wasa crackers with lc cheese/apricot spread between...should end up at about 425 for the day. Bed early tonight...woke at 2am and could not fall asleep again

I say a 3...I feel ok, but I am so tired from not sleeping well, that I am sure some food would help
I am trying to fast until dinner and then have a V8 juice...i am busy busy here at work, so it should be easy...bad thing is i just watched the students eat a yummy lunch and then a parent brought me in some homemade banana nut muffins and peanut clusters....tomorrow , tomorrow I can dig in tomorrow lol have a great day all....stay strong <3 |

This is the 1st dd I have been soooo cold ( i am usually hot due to hot flashes) and am soooo tired i cant stand it
I am not sure if it is from a combo of things ( thyroid, restless night, extra busy at work) or from me doing a fast today and then a liquid dinner...I dont know, but soon i will be ready for bed and bring on that ud |

Maybe a 4-5,not hungry but just blah-200 cc so far...trying to save them for later,if needed.Been fighting the WORST head-sinus cold/flu for about 10 days now.I FEEL soooo drained.Just want some relief.

I'm super sleepy too Stacy. Woke at 2am and could not get back to sleep. I'm thinking that is why I am so super hungry today as well. NOTHING is satisfying me. Plus I think my TOM might be getting here early..I wonder if this woe is changing things up a bit? I feel bloated. Ugh.

I'll say 3.5.
I'm not that hungry, but I am going over on my calories. I'm still going to be in WLM % numbers, so I'm happy about that, but I'm not at the numbers I maintain at home... But still, working hard to stay in WLM % while I"m on my business trip. Just the rest of today and then my DD on Thursday and I'll literally be home free |

Kim...sorry you're dealing with the sinus crud. There has been so much of that around this year.

I would say I'm a 3. This is my first DD and my stomach has been growling off and on all day but it hasn't been terrible. My youngest slept terrible last night and the time change has made me so tired. I still have 225 I can eat but am trying to hold out until before bed. I was noticeably hungry overnight last night when Austen was up and fussy.

I think I ended on a 4..
I am ready to crawl in my warm bed and watch some TV Ended the day with 100 cals total...had water, diet coke and then ended with 16oz V8 juice....I will take this day Made some crab salad to have for tomorrow and I am oh so ready <3 |

I'm a 2/3 as I've a persistent headache that is dragging me down (I tend to migraine but I've also had 10 days of very little sleep).
On the hunger side, I'm a 5 as the potato hack completely obliterates my appetite at present. Overall, I'm cheered that I'm at a new low of 144.2lbs which gives me mounting confidence that my stall at 150lbs may be well and truly behind me |

Doing well and will give it a 5, so far. I have had 60 calories...only coffee and half of a lemonade that I thought was 0 cals, but it is 10 cals per serving.

![]() This is the first DD I've had in awhile where I haven't been hungry except for maybe 5 minutes! Of course, that will change now that I've put it on the internet. It's 2 in the afternoon and all I've had is a cup of coffee w/cream and a cup of tea w/a wee bit of cream and some coconut creamer. All for 74 calories. But, my beloved YoCheese Pudding is waiting for me. Although, if I don't get hungry before going home, I'll just take it home!Wish all DDs could be like this one.
