WOE: JUDDD Maintenance. Ketogenic PHD.
Start Date: 11 Dec. 2011 Restart 1 Jan 2013
DD Tea, coffee; brunch was 250g cold boiled potato with mustard; dinner was tomato stock with 140g cold boiled potato. In total, it feels like I'm on course for a sub-390 kcal DD (unless something goes badly awry).

I managed 70km on the exercise bike (with 50km at a relatively high intensity) but I was about 6.5km down on my usual cruising speed. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

Right now (right before bed!) I'm feeling like it was a 5. Probably was most of the day too. I felt very in control today, and I'm not at all hungry now. Just feel empty and good.

I just had my first really good DD. I get off work in about 3.5 hours (I work graveyard shift). I have only had about 300 calories today and I feel just fine! I have not really been thinking of food all that much. WOW! That give me hope.

4.5 today. I was hungry, but waited it out until lunch time. Just had my chili and I'm super-satisfied.

I also had a good visit with my Endo--labs are all within ranges, and I'm feeling relatively well, so no more messing with meds for awhile.

Knock on wood, they're doing a lot better. We've had warmer weather lately, and I only have 2 smallish chilblains which I can deal with. Thanks for asking!

Trying for a good DD for the third time this week. Hunger is dogging my efforts to return to the JUDDD life - 3 DDs a week are planned but they've been more around 1000 cals so far.

I guess I just keep trying. Two coffees so far and nothing else and a work out. I plan a green smoothie for lunch. Mussels and a little spaghetti for dinner. I have a son to feed here so I'm opting to try and do this on real food and no hacks. Just portion control and skipping breakfast.

Frustrated I can't do this so far. Spring is coming here and the huge jumpers will have to go.

So far so good-- although having 2nd TOM this month (last week and now this week) but I'm assuming that's b/c of weight loss, so I"m not alarmed, just ANNOYED
Migraine yesterday is down to a hangover/bounceback headache today-- combination of the above situation and the weather.

Ok, enough whining-- today's actually a solid 4 so far

Also, you probably already know this, but really good fatty foods/protein help with appetite suppression(like bacon!)

My DD is a 4 so far

1 baby carrot... I think I have one left from the bone broth (or my version of it? that's a whooooole nother conversation) I made the other day.

hmmm, this one's iffy... 1g of chocolate chips is 5 calories... so .5g would be 2.5 calories.

WOO HOO, DESSERT!!!

My potato DD is a five also and I hope it continues as such. Been an easy day so far. But probably have had too many potato calories. I am experimenting with eating all the potatoes I want on a DD just to see how it goes.
