I'm going with a 3 (OK). I've had lots of extraordinary hunger pangs today. My desk plant is slowing backing away from me because I've been eyeing it and smacking my lips.

Didn't bring anything but a little thing of my YoCheese Pudding (haven't eaten that yet) and all I've had is coffee, tea, and some chicken bouillon. It's when I get home that'll be tougher because there's - ya know - food there.

I think that so far, my dd is good...I had some exceptional challenges..calls from old friends kept me from getting out to do errands ...then the errands took longer, so..good thing I had some broth before I left..I am looking forward to my eggplant entree and a little coleslaw in about an hour..sure hope I don't want anything after that...if I do , maybe I can wait until tomorrow..

Going okay. I had a mini banana thinking it was probably 40 cals tops, but livestrong says 55. So that brings me up to 232. Still planning on 500 total.

Today was a travel day and an easy 5. I think about 450, maybe less.

My DD is awful. That is probably due more to the second day of Diet Coke withdrawal but I am determined to quit. Had no cold boiled potatoes in the frig when I got home so I had to bake a small russett. Just inhaled it and am longing for a Diet Coke but I am going to drink a glass of water and go out and do chores. Whine whine whine. I willl survive. It is only caffeine and bad bad aspartame so I don't NEED it.

I gave up diet soda last year for the most part. I was drinking almost 2 liters a day. Now I have 1 glass a week at most.

Giving up sugar, at least Mon-Fri to see if that helps control cravings but don't come near my diet soda LOL!!! My DD is a 4 so far. Had some salad and a bit of turkey mid day and lots of tea then had a gluc, almond milk, frozen fruit smoothie for dinner tonight. My belly is full and I need to go up to bed before I blow this day. ~400 cals for today

I know it isn't good for me but I love my Diet Coke BUT I have made it through my second day without it. Just finished hot spearminet tea which i don't even like and it wasn't too bad. Ate an extra potato and I am ready for bed.

I've pared down quite a bit too. Maybe once a week, or more likely once every 2 to 3 weeks. I never thought I could stop drinking my Diet Dr Pepper, but I have. The first days are awful, but soon you won't even think about it anymore.

Enjoying a 5 again. Unusual for me to do 2 DDs together but needs must!

I have been in Istanbul for 4 nights celebrating with lots of friends. It was one of their 50th birthdays. Lots of fun and great food and way too much to drink.

However after my travel DD yesterday, the scale was a delightful 125.6 this morning.

Mentally, a 3. I just feel munchie. Not hungry, but munchie. I just had my "lunch" of coffee w/HWC, and I'm feeling a little better. This is unusual for me lately, but I guess we're bound to have bad DDs sometimes. Holding out now for my roast chicken dinner in 4 or 5 hours.

definitely a 5! I just ate an orange, but really didn't need to. Don't know what I will eat later, and don't feel anxious about it either. I'm much more interested in the other stuff I have to/want to do tonight. In other words, food is not running my day.
so this is my 41st day on JUDDD and my 21st DD-and the first time I have felt this way. WOOHOO!

greek yogurt - 80
progresso light soup - 120
half sandwich - 215

Grand total thus far = 415

If hungry later planning a salad w/ff ital dressing for 25 additional cal. That would put my total at 440 on my second DD. Funny the total for my first DD was 440. Yay for me!
