So far, just coffee for me with my chocolate in it! I'd say a 5 for me today. I ended up with an UUAD yesterday. AND, I'd hit a new low of 146.6, too!!

I don't know why but everytime I hit a new low I go wild on my next UD and then have to work my way back down again. Guess I am a REAL slow learner.

You gals are not alone... I'm guaranteed that if I see a new low, it'll be a week until I see it again

I'm having a good DD, I'd say maybe even a 5! Got a lot done today, feeling organized, I even got some sleep last night (well, from 3am or so till 11am?)

I have a plan for today that includes popcorn and my yogurt with honey-- I'm actually excited!

Have a good day ya'll!

Lololol, I think that will be me too. Dropped 3 pounds in 2 days, and then went and had over 1000 calories for lunch today. So will have to reign it in for the rest of the day. Maybe it's good though, so we don't get burned out

OMG - I just did this too!!! Hit a new low and almost a new milestone (<30 BMI) and self sabotaged with an UUAD followed by an UD (had to be). Ugh. Will try and stay off the scale and tomorrow will be the world's best DD.

Me too ladies! It must have been something in the air last week. I reached all time low and PMS binge came to life and I had 3 UUAD days in the row. I was so ready for a good DD today, which turned out to be 5! I am scared to step on the scale tomorrow. But I have to face the reality, right?

Yes! I had an all-time low last week, and I have faithfully tried to sabotage it. I bought a box of valentine cookies that were so good, I ate all ten of them in a day and a half. Each one was 160 calories. Now I'm nearly four lbs up from my lowest...feeling defeated today.

B-3 T cream/coffee 45
lg boiled egg 70

L-deli meat/pickle/lc cheese

Cindy-- live and learn. No more cookies, k? I do stuff like that too... there's no more mochi treats in my house either. Maybe ever. And I learned that tapioca "bubble tea" is like 400 cal (at best) and I haven't had one since I started JUDDD, even on an UD. Sigh.

today-- bummed that one of my dogs seems to have hurt her front paw. Not bad enough to go to the vet, but enough that I'll have to walk her separate from the other one b/c she'll be super slow and can't go as far.

Me: I think today will be be a cold DD, but so far, so good. I'll give it a 4, since I have a good plan for food and will enjoy my decadent yogurt dinner

I am freezing but that is a good sign that I am losing fat so I will make it a 5. Having a potato day after breakfast. I can't do potatoes for breakfast or I am starving the rest of the day. But nothing but taters for the rest of the day. Maybe some broth right now to warm me up. Brrr..

S'alright actually. I think I'm still full from eating WAY too much junk this weekend. Or maybe it's because I'm so tired due to weird sleep last night.

I'll rate this one a 5. Or factor 1 point for tiredness. So a 4.

I'm cold, too! I got up hungry which isn't a good sign for me. DH says he's really hungry, too! I have green beans scheduled for lunch & turnips with greens for dinner. A veggie day for sure. I may add a small potato to my beans.

Anyway, I'm giving my day a 4...........

My hubby just to back from Canada on business trip.
He asked what he could bring me back, I said those yummy maple cookies shaped like leafs!

I'm one of you too! I just love this thread, where we can all confess to our heart's content! What good are the lows if they don't stick, huh! I have had 3 lows this month (after 25+ years!) but now I am still yo yo-ing around the same old couple of pounds! I know my break through is going to happen soon, hopefully, before the wedding functions next week, then we'll be back to square one, I just know it!
Do you guys know why it takes a day or one meal to hike the weight up and then takes 3-4 days to get it off?

Hateful, horrible DD. I want to eat and the scale won't move anyway so why should I restrict? Well, because if I don't restrict I will gain. Grrrrrrr. I'll hopefully be back to my usual plodding but positive attitude soon just extremely frustrated right now. I've only managed to lose about 5 pounds since September and I have 30+ to lose. Sorry - need to vent or explode.

TJ
I woke up today, 2.4 pounds up from my yesterday's UD, so I need to start being good. I have discovered what hurts me is the grazing. And it doesn't help that we sill have this huge gift basket at work left over from the holidays that is still filled with yummy yummy stuff. and I need to stay away from it, even on UDs. I have always been a grazer, so this will be a hard habit to break. But i need to do it cold turkey.
I woke up hungry on my DD today. And I am trying to wean myself off coffee, so I can't even have that. Going to try to make it until lunch, and then I will try to have about a 100 calorie lunch...sigh. No, I will be ok-we can do this!

TJ... Sher, stay away from the basket!

Today is a MD for me-- usually, these suck, but so far today, i feel good and not deprived... like, I can wrap my head around a DD, and of course trying to manage my UDs, but MDs are like being on a conventional "diet" ya know?

Anyway, I give it a solid 4.5 today. I planned my food, I don't feel deprived, and I know tomorrow's UD (and saturday the 23rd, for sure) will be worth it.

I just hope this doesn't mess my weight up... I'm still trying to get back to my new low in my sig that I claimed, even though it passed faster than a knife fight in a phone booth!

Oh, TJ Don't give up! Are you logging everything you eat? Maybe you need to tweak somewhere. . . .

Tex, weaning off coffee? That would kill me I love coffee so much, if I wasn't already married, I'd marry it

Good dd for me, 5 today. Once I get past 2pm, it's all downhill

My DD is a solid 5 today. They really do get easier. I never would have believed it. I think I even argued with Carly that she must not need as much food as I do. Forgive me, O Wise Ones. If I only had faith...

DD today, plan on having fiber bar for lunch (150 cals), and then a light dinner.
Haven't weighed myself yet since I hate all the daily ups and downs and will weigh in next week.

I tried that but I can't stay off the scale, I'm always too curious, and it's not always good news. But it is interesting, seeing what effect your body and how. Also, helps to keep me in check. Would like to wean off the scale eventually though! Maybe at goal
