Great so far. Went to lunch with friends so had a cup of egg drop soup. Waiting for DH to quit monkeying with my phone so I can take it with me and go for a walk. Plans with friends for dinner but am not terribly hungry so should be able to find something low/no calorie to nibble on, veggies or something.

Nice, easy down day. Such a joy on this plan.

Ok this is different or me today.
It's dd at the Eieio(farm)
Besides my home made broth, I've had the last of my 4%cottage cheese, had to scrap the bottom of the carton to get about 1/3 cup. I usually have a 1/2 cup. U think there's not much different between those two measurements. Tell my stomach that!
I had a 1/4 of a piece of apple left in refrig. Not much food for my dd lunch-ish-snack what ever I call it. It's half actually.
I feel like I'm on top of the world with 160 cals in me, 4:30 pm
I've Excited all day, hubby worked outside until way after dark on putting have our green house doors, heat hooked up and running, lights working! I started moving in to the greenhouse this morning!! Love it!
Plus we have some one to fix the leak in our people home, which has always leaked since it was built..yikes. Just fun busy, not real work, u no what I mean.
It's been all away from the kitchen, except hot tea for EVERYBody!
I feel like its an experiment with my dd, but not on purpose directly, just experiment.
I'm not one to change what's no broken. As several well know seasoned JUDDD doers here say, Try different things-shake it up! I think I've shook it up accidentally. I like.

DD a 3 or 4. I am freezing! Can not get warm, doesn't help that it's only 15 or so degrees outside and snowing. Otherwise, it's been a good day. I made cookies, didn't eat any lol. Odd how I always feel like baking on DD, even though I know I won't be having any of it until the next day.

weeeeelllllll dangit.... its turning into more of a moderate day..Why is it sooo much harder for me on DD when its cold and snowing... dunno.... either way.. will hang on as mod day and keep on keeping on....

That exact thing happened to me!And then a few days later I lost a pound after an UD

Going well, for a change. I've had about 217 cals so far, and I have Wendy's chili in the microwave on hold. Why can't every DD go this well?!

DD is going well. So far one HB egg, one bacon, one LC mocha, one cup broth.
250 calories with the unplanned mocha, but still good!

My DD's starting going well, got easier when I sort of just "gave in to" the whole process and decided not to push the limits but find a good balance for DD's and UD's. And unfortunately for me that includes keeping my carbs down. I don't mind though. I just feel better when I'm not eating junk and processed food.

That's happened to me twice! It will come off soon plus some.
When it happened to me I was so discouraged, but I think it was water and the fact that I was working out a lot, my body wanted to retain fluid in my muscles.

It is harder when it's cold!
It is -15 up here and even though its 70 in my house my body is soooooo cold. I think we feel that we need to eat more to keep warm, yah know add a layer of fat! LOL!

Guess it was a 5 again. I had breakfast and lunch and no dinner and it is now close to bedtime. I am so busy when I get home with all the baby goats I don't have time to feed myslef with fixing bottles for my bottle babies. All seven of them. Then milking three. I should be at my ultimate goal in another month at this rate.

Started a 3 turned to a 5, but it's still a bit early. I slept poorly last night and woke up hungry. I almost decided to make it an UD, but before I knew it the hungries were gone! Saturday evening can get long, but it's already 6pm and I'll probably have some lettuce before I have my bedtime snack tonight- we'll see.

I have tried to be patient.I have kept track every day and I have bounced around the same 3 pounds since I started this woe the 20th of DEC. I must have a lot of garbage in my body to get rid of. I am not that good! I think I am going to try the 5:2 and do some low carb..with the counting of calories I only know that I need to see more progress a little faster than none at all.It is so frusterating because I have so much energy and I still hope to stay with the fast

What are your UD/DD calories? If you post a new thread I know juddd buds will be by to help. We love to help around here

I am charging my camera so I can import the pictures to my computer and then we shall have baby pirctures. Just fed them their mid day feeding and the ones born at midnight think they are as old as the rest of the bunch.

I was having a great DD until I remembered to take my Ptero and in 15 minutes I had a raging headache. So I am doing well calorie wise but my head hurts.

And I started a thread on hobbies and posted the baby goat pictures so as not to take away from DD's. JUDDD BUDDD Hobbies that keep us going

I think Ive made it thru the day...can't have anything else...had about 450 calories...a little while ago I made a bullet proof coffee...it wasn't bad at all..I had picked up organic butter to go with the Evco...a lot of people say it gives them a lot of energy...I can't say that it did..but it was a pleasant drink.

Well, I will end the day with fewer calories than planned. DH ate my dinner serving of potato soup. He thought I had heated it up for him. So I had a cup of hot tea and I might have one of those International coffees at 25 calories if I think I need it before bed. Not feeling hungr so maybe he did me a favor. I think I was going to eat it out of habit. Dinner time and all.

After completely screwing up DDs (and UDs) for the past 2 weeks, had a great UD yesterday (several hundred cals below my limit) and almost a perfect DD today. Solid 5. Complete disinterest in food until about 8:30 tonight, had some soup and a few rice cakes/laughing cows. Under by 26 cals and, most importantly, FULL.

I had an annoying DD... Was going to try to fast completely, but then wasn't feeling it and kept thinking of how people on this board have said it didn't really make a weight loss difference, so then, what's the point.
The annoying part was that the food I made myself, roasted mushrooms with shirataki noodles, didn't turn out well. The mushrooms were just not good (not spoiled, but just not tasty), and my oven was screwed up and the temperature was off. The kids were running around and the house was a mess from just coming home from the weekend, so I couldn't enjoy my screwed up dinner. Should've waited to eat until after they went to bed, but I hate doing that. I hate "wasting" DD calories, but I'll make sure tomorrow it's ready for me and delicious.

2. I'm just feeling down about not losing inches or pounds for 3 weeks, which makes it hard to put up with hunger on down days. So I'm at 590 calories for the day, and I probably should be sticking with green tea and water until I go to bed, even though I have to work late ... A whoosh would make this a lot easier to do. On some level, I find myself thinking, "Why am I making myself go hungry when it's not making any difference?"
