There is a lucious looking strawberry cake in the breakroom but I am drinking hot peppermint tea instead. I have managed a week with no sweet goodies so I am not breaking down at this time. Besides, I am loyal to DD's. If this was an UD I would stay out of the breakroom completely. I have very little will power on UD's.
My DD is going well so far. Enjoying the scale reading lower and lower and lower although in tiny increments.

I agree TJ. DDs are so much harder when you're not in "losing mode". It feels like there's no reward. I guess the reward comes later when the losing starts again, and that does happen because of all of our efforts, every day.

I'd say I'm at about a 4 today. Not really hungry at all, but wanting to eat. Not in the best mood. Just kind of eh.

So far, about a 4. Got extremely hungry and went hunting in the kitchen -- lo and behold, DH must've picked up a package of smoked deli-sliced turkey last night. Huge portion for approx 70 cals. (Definitely beat my first choice of canned tuna for 180) Feeling much, much calmer now.

I am around a 3, but not sure if its hunger, or just nervous about going to a friends for dinner tonight. I told her that it was my DD and I would just be having the salad and a glass of wine. I have had 2 eggs so far today and those seem to help keep me full longer and satisfied.

It was a 5, I was having a great potato day, but the baby new's I had left me with a funny taste in my mouth, so now I want something else to eat... I suppose it is a 3.5 now.

I think a cup of diet hot chocolate might fix things.

So far so good. I'm trying to stick to 350 calories today. Planning to have shirataki noodles with some spinach, shiitake mushrooms and Asian seasoning for dinner and just drink hot lemon until then. That works well to cut hunger. Since I had an about 2000 up day yesterday I didn't even feel any hunger at all until noon, them drank some water and felt fine again. I've also started taking these weight loss drops BSkinny that has about everything in it that I was curious about trying and nothing hormonal or stimulating, and since I started them I seem to be really less hungry. It's very discounted on amazon. Even yesterday on my up day, it was a miracle that I could walk away from the chocolate covered nuts and nut butter and still have a sane up day with some calories left for dinner.

My "problem" sorted itself out, thank goodness. I don't know if it's the magnesium or what exactly because I haven't been eating the prunes as often. I am used to "going" every day at least once, so any deviation from that is a problem for me.

Glad to hear the 'problem' got sorted out, LG!

3 today, extra hungry. Went shopping (for a bathing suit ), had to come home due to hunger, wasn't finding anything anyhow.

After a couple of snacks, hunger is gone, feeling better now. . .

I had a great day and the euphoric high that I've experienced only once so far. I went to visit my mom and found this fantastic radio station with seemingly no commercial interruptions, lol. I was singing and dancing all the way there and all the way back!

All I can say is tankini where the tops and bottoms are sold sepately so you can get the perfect size top and a bottom that fits perfectly too!

5!!!!!!! Finally!!!
Minimal hunger, great mood, no headache and 392 calories. I sipped on hot tea a lot today, and wonder if that didn't help my hunger. I hope all DD's are going to be like this from here on out!!

The last few DD's I have tried to do, I keep messing them up. The other day I did superb. Had a good Potato fast day going...till I got home from work ravenous and ate just about everything in sight. Today was going good, I was gonna eat this potato soup that I had actually made for yesterday's lunch when I got home from work, but with it being DD's 15th birthday, let's face it, a DD was NOT going to happen today. I WILL get a successful DD in again one way or another!

)Ending my day with a 5! The tea definitely works for me. (Decaf). I am trying to limit coffee to 2 cups in the morning. I am wondering if too much caffeine is affecting my progress? I am going to cut back and see if it helps. I have been wanting to cut back for a while anyway.

Pretty good so far, I have a bunch of housework today as we are prepping for a CRAZY BUSY four day weekend, AND it's snowing like you wouldn't believe.

Sipping on a cup of low cal hot cocoa, and even though I had a pretty good UD yesterday, I gained .5 lb due to my . and I'm sure all the sodium from going out to Moe's. So today will be a low cal recovery day (:

I think I did pretty well on my Potatodd ..I did go over my calories but I think it went ok..I weigh in the a.m. we will see if it helps.I have lost 3 lbs since I started on Dec 20th.I hope to see a drop soon. This is pretty depressing

I have to give it a 5. It's 7:45pm and the last thing that crossed my lips was a cup of tea at 6:30am. I am hyper and over tired, but I haven't been sleeping much. Forget the whoosh fairy I need the sleep fairy!!!!!

Mine's been a 5! I've only had my coffee with sf swiss mocha this morning. I plan on having potatoes before I go to bed. If I do, I'll have about 330 calories today. Don't know what's up with me........my last 2 UD's turned into a "snack-a-thon" at night!

DD a solid 5, I feel very lucky to have only had a few bad ones since I started JUDDD. Next monday I'm going to start the 5:2 plan for maintenance and see where that takes me, but it almost makes me sad to have less DDs. If I miss them too much, I may end up doing a fixed rotation with 3 DD's under 500 and just up my UD totals.

I had sweet potato again today and it really kept me full, I ate about 6:30p which is early for me, but wanted to see how long it would me hold me over, I'm hungry now at 11:30p so not too bad for 1/2 cup of mashed sweet potato and a few ounces of beef roast.

9:30a in sw mo.
Pool day, last Monday I ate just before going to the pool. Cheeses stick-sausage,-160 cal in hopes I could stick to my dd. hadn't changed it yet.
But toward the end of class I got the dd cold feeling. Not good when ur in a pool. Post class.
I shivered badly until I got under the attached to the wall hair dye..then it ahhhh nice.
So hoping to try again with low food before noon class. See how it goes.
Hoping for a 5! I feel like a five now!

At a 5, just got home from crossfit class and feeling awesome. Hoping hunger does not set in till after 2! I have a few errands and some housework to keep me busy...time to reorganize some more places in my house! LOL

5 - Temps outside are still in the single digits here, so other than freezing cold, DD is going as well as can be expected. I made a big pot of turkey soup with cabbage & carrot slaw on Mon.'s DD, to help keep me full and warm.

Also started Dr. Johnson's eReservatrol-200 yesterday. I only bought enough to take two a day for the next eight weeks, to see if it makes any difference at all. So far all I got was a bad case of the runs. Not sure if it's the cabbage in the soup or Dr. J's overpriced pills

Fading to a 4..... Just had a Philly Swirl bar and am trying to chug a glass of water. Then for some caffeine free Bengal spice tea! It's just like a hot ball exploded in your mouth...yummy!
