So far it's a 5! I even made chocolate chip cookies with my daughter and did not feel an overwhelming urge to eat any! Usually I eat a cup of dough and at least 5 cookies!
After watching the videos on IF, I used some of his ideas of practicing making meals for your family and enjoy watching them eat them instead of indulging yourself. It really works! My BD and kids love the food and I love getting thinner! Plan on having cabbage soup made with chicken broth for lunch and dinner. ![]() |

So far, so good. I've had a lot of energy today and have vacuumed, cleaned out my closet (put lots of clothes in another closet that I hope to never wear again), washed clothes and dishes. I have had 145 calories in my coffee but nothing else yet. Giving it a 5!

Getting ready to sit down with a yummy big bowl of homemade soup (kind of).
I used some chicken broth and mixed in some California slaw mix and some onion. Threw in some spices and made a pot worth 90 cals. Should get me through the night with no problems. I am still at a 5 even before eating my soup! ![]() |

I will give my DD a 3-4 today. Off to bed soon so all over with now. I had a very UUAD yesterday so definitely needed the down and have kept in control. I finished at around 420 calories.

The Ballerina tea worked- more than enough
I'll probably drink 1/2 a mug in the future if need be, but boy I feel so much better! 5 days- ugh.... Today's DD is a 5 so far, but it's not even noon so way to early to say. |

Today is a good DD. I am doing the modified potato/protein thing and so my calories are higher. No cravings and no terrible hunger though the house is full of grown kids and activity and they are eating constantly -- oh to be young again. I hadn't planned on a potato day but yesterday's UD turned into an UUAD so will try and do two in a row. Calling today a 5 so far. I hope tomorrow is just as easy and the bloat from yesterday's wine and pasta and sugar binge disappears and takes some friends with them.

Meh, so-so. Really happy that my . fell on a down day because I rarely have an appetite on my . But I still get bloated :/
I'm up 2 lbs since Thursday (161.5 to 163.5) and not feeling too good about that, but I'm resting, relaxing and taking it easy. Keeping myself hydrated with water, cup of soups (spring vegetable - I don't eat chicken and it's the only cup of soups that are sans-chicken), and also diet hot cocoa -- yum!) |

I am at a 5, really not feeling hungry on DDs anymore. Just feeling a little bummed about 2lb weight gain, going to chalk it up to lots of sodium in my meal last night and working out.
Seems my hands get swollen after exercise....possibly retaining fluid after working out? Does anyone else have this issue? |

Going well here so far; am hopeful of a good day. Have had 3-4 UDs due to toddler birthdays, parties & goodies. Sticking with potatoes today to send the cravings away. Was coming to the realisation after Christmas that I can't have confectionary in the house & the last few days confirmed it. I bake lots and do fine with that kind if sweet but confectionary is a no no. Will have to start strategising for Easter!!!

It's a 5, for now.
I've had 75 in coffee, 170 lean shake blended with a cup of frozen strawberries (46), so at 291. Plan to do a 500 DD. The 374 DD is too hard for me right now. |

2 and it's all Carly's fault!
TMI alert: I often go 3-5 days with no visit from Bernice. I gained a couple of pounds while trying to "maintain" in the last week or so, but couldn't remember when I saw Bernice last. So, anywho, I had some dieter's tea at home that I hadn't tried yet. I tried it last night, and didn't get much sleep at all. I was having cramps all night, and got up several times, but wasn't "productive" if you know what I mean. I was finally productive this morning, but I still don't feel well, and will NOT be trying that again any time soon! ![]()

Grumpy and miserable today and the donuts in the office kitchen have been calling my name. Could be hormonal or it could be the icky scale readings the last two days. Either way I am feeling deprived and unproductive. It's one thing to pass on all the goodies and get rewarded for it. It takes an entirely new level of commitment to keep on keeping on when a month's worth of work and sacrifice can be undone in one day. Hrrrmmmphhh. Hate that damn scale.
