4. Started out not being hungry at all, so I thought I might manage a fluids only DD, but by noon, I was feeling hungry and not able to concentrate at work. After radishes, a hard-boiled egg, and coffee with half-and-half, I'm looking forward to a productive afternoon.

Having a true 5 today. Really no proper hunger.

Saw my DD1, who lives 1.5 hours away. She has Downs and I haven't seen her since before Xmas, great day. Had a coffee on arrival then bought them lunch at MacDonalds where I had a diet coke.

Now home and have cooked my potatoes they are cooling as I catch up here. Will eat them with FF mayo and hot sauce.

Good for me, a 5. Not much hunger this afternoon after egg & cucumber around one. Had a few spoons of bolognese sauce on my potatoes this eve which may take me about 50 over my lowest DD calories but it was a new recipe and delicious so I've no complaints

I'll give it a 4, just b/c I was feeling better from my cold, and now, a bit not-better.

Food-wise, totally fine. Just tea (green, then herbal) and water today so far. Not hungry at all tho.

About a 4? Had spuds for lunch (canned ones - I felt lazy today) and a mini V8, will have more spuds for dinner. A little on the hungry side, but so far nothing horrible.

So far a 4. Woke up starving so added some cream to my coffee. That helped and didn't eat again till 3ish. Then some grape tomatoes and raw mushrooms with Walden Farms to dip in. Now, had some broccoli with wine vinegar and some pork (less than 2 oz) with mustard.

I'm ready now for some hot tea cause I'm freezing.

Truffles, that would hack me off, too!! Can you talk to her about the "next" time she refuses to let you do what you want? In the mean time, just know that sometimes we just have to back up & start over. It sounds like you were still not too bad on calories. Don't let it throw you!

So far, about a 5. Minimal hunger after 3 mugs of tea (6), some new potatoes w/Emeril's seasoning (175), and 6 mini gherkins (2). Might have some more pickles (2) or veggie soup (120) later if I need it.

4. I think I will always be hungry (mental conditioning) but by keeping myself busy with projects that do not involve sitting, I have kept my mind off it! When I get an urge to snack I say to myself " woe the living room really needs to be vacuumed" or I will organize my closet....really helps me distract my belly!
My house is looking great! Soon my body will too!

I have to call mine a 4 - no problem with calories, but it's been a struggle all day with attitude and hunger. For no good reason the scale is up 2.5# after a decent UD yesterday - I can usually handle the bounces without a problem but for some reason this one ate away at me all day. Maybe that explains why it's been a hungry day. I've tried to counter it with mass quantities of veggies, but I'm still hungry. Boo hoo. I'm done eating for today, so go to sleep, stomach! Tomorrow is another day!

My DD has been a 5 until about an hour ago! All of a sudden I was starving!! I'm doing a 3 or 4 day potato hack. This is day 3 & I thought I'd do 1 more potato UD tomorrow. I'll decide tomorrow. I just need to go to bed & forget about it!

At 40% Wt Loss/Maint. calories today, came in at 622, not bad, but not as good as I had hoped. That might be slightly high/low, I had to guesstimate on a cup vegetable soup from a diner.
I'll give today about a 3, just felt more blah and hungry today than usual.
Probably won't have a good weigh in tomorrow, but it's ok

A 5 for me Felt v hungry in the morning so decided on a potato DD. Did some nonfat wedges in the oven -620 cals. Ate about 400 cals worth@ 11, kept me going til 5 when I had the remainder. A cup of miso in the evening kept me happy.

Potatoes definitely worked to quell the hunger beast so a good trick to have in the bag

So far so good. One egg and coffee with HWC for breakfast. Will have a 4 oz tater and broth for lunch and dinner and I will be good. I have celery if I need to chew on something.

5! Best DD I've ever had. No appetite and lots of energy. I've been up since 4:40am, and it's now 1:16pm, and I've only eaten 90 calories so far. I contribute much of this to Pterostilbene too!

I am inexplicably starving, and just ate 3 pieces of Bubble Yum in a row. That was a terrible impulse purchase lol. They have 25 calories each! I'm still good with 200 calories so far today but they just feel wasted.

I'm having a good DD, a 4.5! Just coffee with half and half and 2 hard-boiled eggs so far. I'll be working late tonight, having lots of green tea and water this evening; if I need it, I can eat light cheese or salad or turkey.

2.5....starving and light headed all day. Just not easy on DD at ALL! I am hoping the scales are nice to me tomorrow morning. At least that would make the suffering a bit more bearable! 450c Good DD as far as cals, but WOW WEE!! It was a tough one! I can not wait for SIRT1 to rear it's head!!!

I'm having one of the BEST DD's I've had in a while!
for breakfast I had a cold red potato with A1- 45 cal worth.
the rest of the day has been tea and coffee, with half a creamer 10cal.
just ate a salad with home made dressing. 45 cal total

sitting at 100 cal and not hungry in the least!!
I was inspired by the tea thread and brought a bunch of tea to work. Been sipping that all day and night and have not been hungry at all!!

Just remembered I did take a decongestant, that may have helped. It works as an appetite suppressant for me.

So far a 1. I'm starving - my stomach woke me this morning. Go figure

After yesterday's UUAD, I would have thought that I would be fine until at least after noon. Well, I have alot of chicken broth, freshly made, so that will be on my menu today. Maybe chunk up some chicken breast for protein.

Crunch on celery while watching Baltimore play Denver later. Go Ravens!

DD starting well. I will try to get rid of all the retained water from last few days of eating ham. (I had to eat it up, it was expiring lol)
Going to push tons of fluids today since I will be home and close to a bathroom and keep myself busy by cleaning the house!

I'm making a different broth-soup today.
Chopping up veggies makes me feel like I'm conqueror of good eating.
Due to the PD JB's I bought the purple potatoes. Amazing how much more potato-like they taste. Little salt and presto, yum. Besides the Color is over the top!
I haven't eating yet today, coffee/tea as yet.
Deedee I do the gum to but try to stick to sugarless. Something not!

A 5 here.

I haven't managed a DD properly since Tuesday! Life interfered with old friends calling so dinners out. I know I can eat udner 500 while eating out, but as I am in maintenance I allow these things to happen.

However today is going vey nicely, I do think Ptero really helps too.
