So far, hard to rate. I've only had one cup of coffee (25) and feel the hunger in my tummy, but not really tempted to eat yet. Time for some water me thinks!

I have a massive cold
and I'm not getting good sleep at night-- you know when you look at the clock every hour? UGH.as far as a DD, 4.5. Not hungry, drinking herbal tea (b/c I don't want to encourage more sleep issues) and will have broth liberally though the day. |

I chose soup over potatoes. Not hungry but having a sort of 'I fancy something' day.
Only had 100 cals so far. Going to the theatre tonight which I normally love but I would much rather stay home. I'll be fine once I am there I am sure. |

4, I no I no, steady me.
Noon here in Missouri, finally temp is 27 de. Was 16 degrees this morning. Left over homemade broth for my first food, tons of coffee. Making more broth, using ham bones this time. Hope the calories are still close to zero?? Of course won't drink until overnight in refrigerate. So the fats will congregate to the top and I will peel it off, trash it...or make some soap! Not, tease. |

Eieio, you can save the fat in ice cube trays (freeze it), and use it to flavor soups or casseroles (on UD's), or beans!
So far, I've had (since coffee) 1 pickle, 1 oz. of chicken breast, 2 crackers and am now eating a candy cane. |

Not good --- 2. Already ~3pm and already had 400 c. DH broiled some ground chuck patties and they smelled oh so good. Darn... Broth and water from here on out!

3 - I've had over 300 calories already and am starving. Home soon to exercise. Sometimes I get lucky and that kills my appetite.
I find that my mood and approach to DDs is influenced by my scale results. Lousy scale reading (today) ==> lousy mood ==> lousy DD. I could happily be hungry daily if the scale would only move. |

4 for me. 355 calories and not very hungry right now, but I have to work late and am dreading that. Down days are so much easier when I can go to bed early.
If I work really late, I'm starting my up day at 12:01, if necessary to cope and stay productive. |

Ended at 623. A bit higher than I'd planned, but I did tell myself I could have 600...calories brought on by having real cream, and then after dinner, 2 prunes. Not that I really craved the prunes, but I need them.
Can't quite recall if I had two or 3 cups of coffee now...if it was only 2, which I'm now thinking, that would deduct 70 cals. Lol, my god I'm getting old. |

TJ-- if you're higher after an UD (ie. the morning of a DD), and that sets you off on the wrong foot for the day, then maybe, don't weigh then? I only weigh after DD's, i.e. morning of my UD, and since I'm usually lower, even by a bit, it sets me up for a good day, and I don't blow my UD and eat everything in sight.

I did Zumba last night and I'm hungrier than usual this morning. I'm thinking about doing Zumba again tonight so I may allow some extra calories today. I'm usually around 350 calories but may go up to 500-600 if I feel like I need them.

Isn't Zumba the most fun thing ever? I don't believe that you burn as many calories as the say unless you are an instructor, but it is still a great workout.

10 so far...feel really good today, did a treadmill workout, ok, it was just a mile, but still...and this zumba thing I may have to look into, sounds like fun.
Will have oatmeal with blueberries and banana tonight, I'm really glad I added oatmeal back in, I love that stuff and it makes me feel all warm and happy |

Cold. Really cold. But I don't feel too hungry. Haven't had anything yet and it's 10:00am, so I'll go get my coffee w/HWC soon. I managed to do my first hour of Callanetics this morning and WOW do I feel all trembly muscley all over! So far I'd say 4.5.

It was really fun. I used my heart rate monitor and got 565 calories burned, and I didn't work nearly as hard as some did. I missed a bunch of steps and I'm sure I looked ridiculous, but it was still fun.

Mine is going really good so far. Nothing but tea with milk and it's after 4 pm here, which is usually the time when I get really hungry. Will probably split a thin-crust pizza with DH for dinner and come in around 500 calories.
I don't know if it's DD energy or not, but got a lot accomplished toward my goals today. Planning a walk at the mall with DH in a bit, then dinner. Great day. A 5. |
