DD going well, a 5 so far. Thought I'd have more difficulty after the carb fest yesterday, but it's still early.
Just brewed some decaf Coffee Cake coffee and hope it keeps me good until around 7pm or so.

Late afternoon over here and it's a 5 so far. After all the eating I've done the past few days, food sounds I haven't been tempted even a bit to eat all the treats/sweets I have laying around. I've had 160 calories so far today and another 80 planned for later tonight. Today will come in as my lowest DD so far, by almost 100 calories

Going well so far. Just came back from a lovely walk around the neighborhood with bf and our dogs. The weather cleared and it's sunny and warm (60). I am having a little salad with grape tomatoes, sliced dill pickle and 1 diced slice of deli proscuito. Still planning on leftover rotessorie chicken and potatoes for dinner.

Do any of you keep a calculator nearby?

Excellent DD, continuing my holiday cycle of ridiculously indulgent UD followed by stellar DD.
Haven't weighed yet, but these DDs have added enormously to the happiness of this holiday. SO grateful for JUDDD right now.

I think I'm still full from yesterday and that pecan pie I ate at 10pm

Not a bad DD. It's getting much much easier to not eat anything at all (just liquids) until around 4 or 5 pm. Today had 2 cups of coffee, a cup of broth and just ate a pickle. So I'd say it's a 4!

Figuring out what to eat on UD's is becoming more and more challenging though.

It's a really good DD here. A little tougher in the tummy-growling sense than they have been lately, but that's to be expected from yesterday's carb/fat/sugar/alcohol extravaganza. I've had black coffee and 3 oz turkey breast so far. I'm planning 4 medium scrambled eggs with 1/2 oz cheddar cheese for dinner. I think it'll be plenty. I'll weigh for the first time since 12/22 tomorrow morning. Hope it's not too ugly!

A 5 so far. With my new tweaked Juddd I was nervous about today because Mon I had 400 cals and Tues only 1150 and exercised on both days but I am doing just fine with only 150 so far today. I am allowing up to 600 today but may not use them all. Then tomorrow is a refueling UD. (That I am definitely looking forward to!)

Really doing well so far -- a 4. Coffee this morning, some broth with chicken breast cubes and lettuce near 2pm and just had some of dh's homemade beef stew, minus the potatoes and carrots. Quite satisfied so far with ~ 280 c -- it's 6pm here so hope the rest of the evening will fly by! Might be getting the raw celery out later!!

It's cold and damp here (rain, snow and sleet) and I'm realllly cold. Heavy sweatshirt with a blanket over my legs while on computer. I went to the Mall a couple of days before Christmas to buy pj's, but the mall parking lot was so crowded, I turned around and left. So, I'm still sleeping in my Cuddl Duds!! It's works!

Great start with coffee for breakfast, chicken & veg. soup for lunch. Until at 6:00, when I caved in to having a glass of red wine, along with a few pieces of the most amazing chocolate & pecan toffee.

I give it a 5! Ending with 527 cals and extremely satisfied. For dinner I had 2 oz of chicken and 2 small red potatoes with spray butter and I am FULL. I think this is the first time I've ever felt completely full on a DD, lol. Something to keep in mind.

Awesome LG!!! You guys are al doing great today! I'm holding my own, but have been hungry all day and I am not used to that these days. Have nibbled on shrimp today, a couple bites of cheese and hot cocoa. Is it tomorrow yet? Doesn't help that it's been snowing all day and we've just hung out at home.

3 today. Not as bad as I expected after my indulgent days away, but I AM hungrier than usual. Dinner will be in an hour and I should still make it under 400 calories.

I splurged on a decadent sea salted caramel that I received for Christmas. 95 calories of yumminess! Should put me at about 350 cals now. Still starving, but guzzling more water and am not gonna eat anything else tonight.

Adi, I have been super cold again, too. My folks bought me some "hot booties" for a present and I am loving them today! DH bought me an electric blanket and I am sure I will love that tonight! I will be thinking of you as I am bundled up tonight!

I've been freezing all day too! I need an electric blankey. I had one all through childhood and young adulthood while I was living with my parents, but have never bought one of my own. Putting it on my list.

Flutter so surprising to see that you are hungry. Glad you made it thru the day and also got to eat a salted caramel. Sounds delish!!

My day has been a 5 probably because I am glad to be back on a DD.
I've had .... black coffee and tomato juice ... 1/2 OMM with a smidge of butter and half my morning mocha ... a few celery sticks and radishes ... one hb egg and a couple bites of leftover ham. I'm figuring 420 so far and I have SF strawberry jello for later. aahhhh feels good to be DDing again. I must be nuts.

DD went well, a 5 all day, came in at about 435cal, and the last 100 was a mini bag of kettle corn that I didn't even need, just wanted lol.
Calling it a day and can't wait to eat some of the lower carb Christmas leftovers tomorrow!

Update -- now a 5. Yea! Probably under 350 (not sure about dh's beef stew so I gave it a higher number. Had that celery while watching the Kennedy Center Honors and now to bed. Stomach growling and very cold but will make it. Nite all!

This is a 5 for sure. I would be a 10 if the scale went there, lol.

After my totally over the top family Xmas extravaganza I have been longing for today, and it is lovely.

I have chosen to do a liquid DD and I am at 150 cals. I will be enjoying a glass of wine with a neighbour shortly (will the festivities never end?) then a bath and an early night.

I am planning a Potato day tomorrow looking forward to that too after so much rich food.

I am definitely doing a DD today. All of the xmas eating and a UUAD yesterday contributed to terrible tummy woes, so a DD is definitely in order. So far, just coffee which may or may not be a bad thing, under the circumstances.

I'd call today a 3. Mentally and hormonally (TOM arrived after a 3 month hiatus) food is just calling to me and everyone in the office cleared out all their holiday cookies and brought them here!!! The nerve. Gritting my way through it. I would really, really, really like to break into the 170's before the new year and I have just today and Sun as DDs to lose over a pound to get there. That would be a mental victory for me.

3 earlier, 4 now. I ate all my calories yesterday at night because of a busy day. Gah, was so hungry when I woke up! I had a boiled egg white and magic pop, that seems to have tamed the beast. Love the peace of a dd after much celebration and libation.

Dec 24-25 being overdose on food.
Dec 26 I woke with a truly hungry stomach.
How wrong can that be I thought. No way that it was needing ood.
Dec 26 was a 460 Cal Dd. I was very happy.

My DD is going well so far. A 3.5 as it's only 5ish. Went shopping at Sams today and I am so proud of myself for staying away from all the samples. My dh had them all and they looked so good -- but I didn't want to mess up my day! Just had some turkey breast, chunked in a salad so along with my breakfast of coffee with HWC and some chicken broth for lunch -- looking at ~300. Happy with that!

DD is a 5- I'm sick and I don't really have an appetite today. I just had some soup and realized I'm so stuffed up that I've lost my sense of taste now-so what's the point of eating I might go ahead and skip my evening hot cocoa since I won't be able to taste it-will save me 20 calories!

4.5 Broth and coffee. Headache to remind me why potatoes and not pie, ice cream, and chocolates, are on the menu tomorrow.
