I am having a 5+

I went to the Theatre this afternoon and drank some good sparkling water throughout. During the interval I had a spiced up tomato juice and when I got home I enjoyed my first few baby potatoes of the day.

A few more in an hour or so and I'll be done. No real hunger at all, and I have been mellow and smiley all day.

I love that you've given it a 5 LG, wonderful.

We went to the National Theatre to see a farce called The Magistrate. Very good.

I'll give my DD a 3. I have been looking forward to my UD tomorrow since about 12pm! I decided to eat all my calories before 3pm and I can say that I've been craving like crazy ever since. My previous 2 DD's I decided to lower my calories, normally I'll have about 410 but one day I had about 200 and the other just under 300 and I handled it fine. Today I'm just over 400 cals though.

Well, you did better than I did Slim. I think I'm at 850! oops, thought I was lower, but got out the calculator. Well, it was a low carb day though...no sugar and no flour at all. Only fats and protein. We'll see how it works out.

I turned my DD into an UD today. It's the first time I've done it by choice rather than getting waylaid by chocolate or pastries. I've felt a bit drained for the last few days - it seems to coincide with the second half of my cycle so I decided mid-morning to focus on getting lots of iron-rich food in today in an UD kind of way! So far so good and so thankful that JUDDD accommodates

DD a 5so far. Nothing but my mocha and half a flax muffin. 150 cals. I'm going to try and eat just a few bites at a time today...a HB egg, I'll have bacon later, and then my broth and SF jello. I bought some swiss chard yesterday at the market, it looks really good, so that might be added in there somewhere.

5-it's a weird DD. I thought I would struggle today because yesterday I had a bunch of biscotti that I made for DH. Then I made chocolate popcorn that I munched on all day. And we had homemade pizza last night for dinner. I decided I would go today with my pumpkin coffee until I feel hungry and maybe have some miso soup. So far not hungry at all. My pumpkin coffee does make me feel full. I found a few different recipes online. But I put 2 tbsp pumpkin in a big coffee mug, 1/2 cup almond milk, sprinkle in some cinnamon and pumpkin spice and heat up in the microwave. Then I add some caramel davinci and the rest coffee. Yummy and filling. I think it's about 35 cal.
My last dd was kinda hard though. Only ate potatoes!

Today's definitely a 4. My last DD I felt genuinely ill, so I'm relieved that's gone.

I think I ate closer to 3000 calories yesterday rather than 2000 so maybe I'm still just feeding off the excess Managed to bake some mini lemon bundt cakes and a lemon mascarpone pudding and didn't feel the need to even lick the bowl.

4 or maybe even more. I started the day with a 3.5 mile walk/jog and have had about 200 cals so far. Big family dinner tonight so hoping to just nibble my way to around 500. I have roasted a bunch of veggies and will be making a big salad so that will be the centerpiece of my dinner. Happy Hanukkah to all who celebrate!

Felling as if another 5 is coming. Off to the gym shortly where I reward myself with a soya coffee.

Have cold pots ready in the fridge but I am planning nothing but waters until this evening as we are invited to a neighbour's for a drink. He is a food writers so his nibbles are divine.... Wish me luck but if I go over a bit I shan't worry.

3 so far. I'm using hand pain as an excuse to want to eat more. How ridiculous is that? It's on 7:45 a.m. and I'm hungry, but I think it's more head games than actual hunger. I will power through, or add a few calories if I feel like it.

It's not ridiculous at all, Dawn, but your wording made me giggle. I think you should absolutely pamper yourself. If you're hungry, eat.

I have had nothing but a sip of coffee with So Delicious cream (10 cals a T)...coffee was too strong and I didn't even drink half of it. Doing well with my hunger so far...Will not eat as long as I can withstand. I brought chicken broth, dill pickle, orange, carrots and a can of soup, so I'm covered.

Cindy, I've been meaning to tell you that I love your new avatar. Is that your cat? It reminds me of one of mine. His name is Flurry. I hope we get some snow, so I can take his picture, hee hee.

Having a 2 so far. TOM uckies, cramps, back hurts. I've been feeling so good and energetic lately too. Oh well, I know what it is, and that it'll be better tomorrow. The good news is that I'm not hungry at all yet. I'm on my 2nd big mug of cinnamon coffee (black) and uncertain what to eat today.

Sorry you're not feeling well LCG. Hope your day gets better, hun!

My day is a 5 so far. I haven't eaten anything and do not want anything. Never thought I'd say that, lol. It would be nice if I can go until this evening and then have a decent supper. Would be a first.

Woot woot Cinds (nice ), I so want your DDs to get easier. Love that you are riding this one.

And yes, that is my gorgeous 13 yr old Norwegian Forest cat, Kyrrecat Kissa Cottontail, mother to Daisy who is pure white and totally deaf. I'd love to see Flurry, what a great name for a kittie.

I had a bit of tummy rumbling just now but a cup of tea has put me right. So far only 2 tiny potatoes. Looking forward to this evening though.

I'm on a 5 Could attribute it to 2 consecutive UDs over the weekend or to my first potato day. It's probably a bit of both. I'm so happy to feel like myself again, it seems I might need an occasional extra UD during my cycle. I'll just have to wait til next month to see PD was fine & dandy; I initially found it hard to conceive of potatoes only but it's been fine and I've even been able to forego my usual DD pick me up, an afternoon cup of miso!

So far, around a 3. Yesterday was a bad TOM day, and with it my typical IBS Flare From Hades. Just finished a cold, leftover baked spud from last night (peeled, then sliced and slathered with malt vinegar and sea salt)...tasted just fine, but the smell of the vinegar really turned my stomach. Very odd, since I've been a malt vinegar fiend since I was small. Spud is not upsetting my stomach, so that's a plus.

So far a 5-I'm doing my second DD of lower calories (354) and again I'm amazed at how well it's going I think I've found my 'magic' DD food though-hb eggs! I have small/medium ones, so around 63 calories each, and they're very filling. I'm alternating between eggs/soups and broths and it's working great so far!

Love that image, LG. Also glad you're having a good DD. It's a HHDD for me as well!

Changed my usual set rotation for this week because this Saturday needs to be an UD, and having a non-hungry, highly productive DD today.
