I was thinking the same thing myself I adore little poppets, mine are all grown up and have not yet gifted me with grandchildren. Can't wait to do some more mud, vinegar and baking soda volcano's and stuff like that.

I'm at 3. It's fine, but I just had a big veggie snack.

Probably a 4 for me today. It's 2 p.m. and all I've had is lots of water and green tea, plus my two cups of coffee with half and half this morning. Survivable to be sure but I am having hunger pangs and growls.

Still, it feels so good to be having a DD after all my travels and I really need it before taking off again. (I'm really tired of being on airplanes. Especially since I need to use those yucky restrooms a lot! At least I'm drinking my water!)

Also a 3 for me. Derailed by a social event which brought me up to around 800 calories BUT so pleased that that was it. No panic, no reflex bingeing but... Calm. I know it won't happen every time but I'm really happy the calm came today :-) Also I'm lying in bed without the usual DD empty tummy & I kind of miss it... Kind of!

great! I am actually going to eat a big meal tonight--did a Pirate Jenny 24 hr DD starting at 4pm yesterday--so far today, I have only had either a 72 calorie bulletproof coffee or a couple of hot lemonades with 1/2 tsp of coconut oil--feels effortless!

Ok - apparently Cindy had my wine but I made it through a night of cocktail parties with light appetizers and no wine! Go me! I was shooting for a maintenance kind of DD and it was actually doable. Had about 800 or so cals in healthy foods and took a good walk today. Very pleased and hopeful I can return from this conference without a gain to deal with.

Today was amazingly good. I was sure it was going to suck, because I made VERY poor food choices yesterday, just nosedived into junk. But for some reason (maybe because I ended the day with a high-protein meal last night), it hasn't been bad. It's 9pm and I'm getting ready to have tuna salad for dinner. I give it a 4.

Today is my first DD. I'm going to drink tea and water all morning and have a couple eggs around 1. Then about 6 I'll figure out what to eat for dinner. Probably some vegetables and turkey slices. I think that'll work!

Going good today! Around a 4. I read the JUDDD book finally -- and it said that eating nothing on fast days would be the best option. So I am trying that today! I am not hungry at all (thank you coffeee!) , but I am a bit tired (per usual) around 3 pm.

I'll give it a 4. It's 2 pm here and I've had my coffee and soup to go and am feeling satisfied. The plan is to come in just under 500 calories. Maybe slightly over if I have another coffee.

Tammy it is fine to have a little more, better that than blow it. JUDDD is very forgiving and you are only just back to DDs. Lots of folks start at 600 you know.

Be kind to yourself. But first try what Shari said.

I forgot about this thread!

I am probably a 3 for my DD today. I was on eastern time for work all week so 4pm felt like 7pm and I ate earlier than I normally do. Might be an early night for bed.

I tried Hormel chili for dinner tonight (260 cal). We have a Wendy's close, but it is about a 20min walk and I'm lazy tonight. Anyway, Hormel is a decent substitute. I still prefer Wendys, but this Hormel was very filling.
