2.5 At the moment. Just had my lunch and whilst my hunger pains (and noises
) have gone, I am sooooo cold today. And the guys I work with won't let me put the heater on because its not cold. I am FREEZING !!!I know its a JUDDD thing, people have talked about it and I only get like this on DD's, but still.... Also, this morning I weighed the same I did a week ago. I think the teriyaki chicken and rice (LOTS of rice) have maybe bloated me, or maybe I am retaining water from the salt. My weight loss has been soooo slow (3 pound in 7 weeks) so some days I am just ![]() Hope to be a little more cheerful tomorrow ![]() |

Well then she should be on her way to me. I've had the WORST DD shivers for the last 3-4 DDs. DW still gets hot flashes even though she went through the change more than 2 yrs ago. We are quite a sight in Walmart- I'm bundled up shivering and she's in a tee-shirt dripping with sweat!

Carly, I'm the hot flasher in our house. So far, I don't mind them. Power surges, a friend calls them.
Yesterday was one of my favourite kinds of DDs. I want to write about it so I can read it when I'm having my next not-so-great one. ![]() It was the kind during which I invited hunger. I enjoyed it, rode it right into the corners, if you know what I mean. I felt like I was using my body well, like I did when I was younger and a competitive athlete. Like a great workout. So happy for that feeling. ![]()

That makes it sound like a haunting.. like feeling the cold place where the ghosts and spirits reside.
![]() I occasionally, but rarely, get cold on a Down Day anymore. But I have to admit, days like that made the summer heat more bearable with less air conditioning. ![]() |

Doing a DD of eating every hour.. approx. 30-calorie mini-meals all day and evening long.
Absolutely NO hungry feelings whenever I do this. None! It's the easiest way to do DDs when I don't even want to fool with fixing multi-ingredient meals with shirataki noodles or anything else. So today's DD going easy-peasy well. |

You've all got me looking forward to my DD tomorrow.
I will start with a Berroca (Orange Vitamin drink that I always start my day with) then the gym. Then a lovely soya milk cappuccino in their cafe while I read the newspapers. Home, my shower, and ... who knows, maybe a some tomato and feta cheese, or some lovely Miso. Or I could cook some of my lovely fresh Pak Choy in some broth. So many possibilities. |

Suck- dili-icious today. Took a swan dive off the wagon from stress eating. Yep, not hunger eating - I was crystal clear on that - pure, unmitigated stress eating.
Ah, well, Scarlet, tomorrow is another day. |

I had a tense beginning. Probably a 3ish day but it's turned out well.
I tried some Better Than Bouillon with shredded cabbage and 1 T of half & half today and it really hit the spot. Also, greek yogurt and pure pumpkin was a nice treat on a DD. I'm loving this JUDDD and I'm loving reading all these uplifting, informative posts. You 'guys' are AWESOME! |

kh, do you just mix the pumpkin into your yogurt? I love Greek yogurt on a DD, and this sounds good.

Aww, 2Boys, that happens sometimes. Love this diet - tomorrow brings the hope of redemption
![]() Today is probably another 5 for me, am starting to get some serious groove on with the sirtuins, I think. Got a rush while I was vacuuming the living room (or maybe I was light headed, lol?) Not feeling shaky, have been taking small calories through out the day. So far 104 calories. Am saving for dinner - beef stock with shredded cabbage. ![]() |

4.5- I started out tired- very tired! I almost fell asleep on a boring Webinar, but then perked up and got more work done in the last hour I was at work than I did in the first 7 hours. DW and I just split a can of progresso light- Santa Fe Chicken soup with a bag of miracle rice mixed in. It was really good and neither of us could even finish our bowl. That is not strange for me, but DW is not one to leave left overs of an only 80 calorie dinner.

Hunger-wise, I'd give it a 4. As regular days go, I'd give it a 1.5. Not JUDDD's fault. I'm just exhausted, have a raging headache, and TOM came to visit. Blah.
![]() I think I'll go to bed super early tonight and start over tomorrow. ![]() ETA: Carly, I like the Santa Fe Progresso. I eat the whole can by myself though! Last edited by KeirasMom; 10-17-2012 at 04:15 PM.. Reason: spelling, but Carly quoted before I saw my mistake! ;-) |

I actually went looking for Progresso but the store I was in didn't have it
![]() Today's a 4 so far? it's only 10:40am though. Had my butter, which made me SUPER happy and now sipping on a black chai tea. Need to bring splenda to work, the sugar twin is VILE ![]() Have chicken caesar salad planned for dinner. And I'm down a bit on the scale (not yet at my sig number though) so generally happy overall |

Probably a 3 today. Hungry - which is not surprising given all the cookie calories I had yesterday. Just had 2 magic pops, spread with 1 lite laughing cow and layered with sliced cucumbers. Lots of satisfying crunch and volume. I hope that holds me for a while because I just spent 115 calories on it!
