No idea yet, but I was inspired by Dottie's crock pot chicken, so I'm making something similar for dinner.
3 lbs chicken breast 1 can Rotel 1 can corn 1 can black beans 1 8oz package cream cheese All thrown together in the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours. I'll probably shred the chicken and make tacos out of it. I'd love to give credit where it's due, but I looked at a bunch of recipes until I found one that sounded easy enough and delicious, and now I can't remember where I found it. ![]()

Hi gang
![]() After some rather "up" MD's and UD's, I figure I'll just stick to my rotation schedule, and have an UD today that is fully measured (as opposed to just eating whatever). B: 3 eggs, scrambled, with 2 tsp "sofrito" (one of the 100 condiments in my fridge), but only 10cal 2 slices of flank steak leftovers L: 2c higher-fiber multigrain O cereal, almond milk D: pork ribs, grilled veggies, fennel citrus slaw |
