LOL, Flutter! I will never get high calorie/high carb/high fat food out of my system either, whether it be cake or steak. Therefore, JUDDD is the only WOE for me.

I have eaten spaghetti squash a few times, but did not like it. It's also more work than broccoli slaw.

Blue Bell Started as a small regional brand and could only be bought in certain areas of Texas. The factory is 30 miles from where I live and you won't believe how many tourists come to tour the facility. Anyway it is national now and they have some super duper flavors and some are seasonal like the Blackberry Cobbler. Only available during blackberry season. They do make plain vanilla too which I use for root beer floats. YUMMMMY and reasonable on the price. Ben & Jerry's is $4.99 a pint at our local store but the Bluebell is $2.10.

I microwave my spaghetti squash, so it's not much work, but I haven't tried broccoli slaw yet! Maybe I'd like that more, too? Since I don't eat on DDs normally, I'd probably just go with pasta nowadays anyways.

I haven't seen that one but I usually bypass anything chocolate. For some reason I have never liked chocolate ice cream. And I normally like chocolate.

Same here, Adi. I do not care for chocolate ice cream either (although today I would eat it--it's a DD! ). I am definitely looking for the Italian Cream Cake flavor!

It's not chocolate ice cream! It's vanilla with swirls of chocolate fudge through it. Super yummy!

None but...I have lots of items in the house that I'm not eating even if I'm stressed and I normally consider them to be stress relievers. (Like pates de fruit.) I can eat 2 chocolate almonds and very much enjoy them without feelings of guilt ('I shouldn't be eating these') or resentment ('I can only have 1 if I've walked up Mount Snowden with a 60lb rucksack).

Because I trusted JUDDD enough to allow me to do the potato hack, I did discover that neither potato nor rice are trigger foods for me, and I always thought that they were. (Caveat: unadorned rice or potato are not that interesting to me - I make no such claims about roast potato or rice pudding etc. )

Although I did go out for ice cream I can definitely say I am not tempted to buy a whole half gallon at the grocery store. I don't need it in the house all the time but if it's one quality serving when going out then I don't feel guilty.

Ever since my family and I made it a rule "no junk food in the house", if I want something sweet, I go to wherever it is to get what I want and eat it there. 2 days ago on my UD, I walked over to DQ and got a Smores blizzard. If I would have brought it home and ate it, it would have set off a binge. But since I ate it there, it made me super thirsty and that was all. Yesterday's UD, me and DD shared (SHARED!!) an elephant ear at the fair. It didn't taste as good as I remember them tasting back in my childhood. So maybe my sweet tooth is getting under control? *knock on wood*

I *decided* to have a UUAD yesterday and only went up to about 2200 (my cals are 1800). I was eating ice cream and actually couldn't eat as much as I wanted lol. So, I guess I have gotten some things out of my system...maybe just a somewhat reduced appetite.

ETA: I also didn't drink any alcohol. If I had I could have added about 500+ to my total. Maybe this weekend.

I don't think we do, but goodness that sounds heavenly! Let us know how it is please!

This post is killing me. I want to eat everything! Luckily it's an UD, or I wouldn't be able to even read half these comments without gaining weight.

I got it from a local conscience store on my block. 2 pints for $5! That is also evil.

There's a little deli up the street that has a sign that says, "we sell Hershey's ice cream". I have not been brave enough to go into that store LOL Maybe they have that flavor!

I am working my way down the Blue Bell list. I have never even seen all of these flavors yet. I just feel obligated to test them all out. I am working on the seasonal ones first since I my season may close before I finish.

Key Lime Pie sounds delicious also. My favorite flavor is always coconut, but it's difficult to find a good coconut ice cream. By far the best I've tried is coconut pineapple by haagan daz. I don't really want coconut and chocolate together...any suggestions?
