goal-keep the UDs in check and to get close to my ultimate goal of 140. I surprised myself by losing 7 pounds in August! And I only dieted half the time!!
UD target 1704; DD target 341 All weigh ins are the morning after a DD starting weight app. 174 1/13/122/2 - 171.5 3/1 - 167.5 4/1 - 165.2 5/1 - 165 6/2 - 160.3 7/2 - 155.4 8/2 - 155.3 (this was after vacation, so it was ok....) 9/1 - 148.6 ![]() 9/3 - 150.1 oh, she bounces.....and the wine helped! 9/5 - 151 uh, oh, going the wrong way. Maybe my body isn't ready for the 140s yet... I AM!!!

Hi all! Been Juddding for a week now and would love to just drop anything this month! Have been trying to lose weight all year! I have to convert kilo to pound, here goes...
1/9 - 150.3 2/9 - ?? 3/9 - 148.1 4/9 - 150.3 5/9 - 148.1 6/9 - 149.2 am on a DD today, so would love to see some progress tomorrow to see if this will work for me.... have tried every fad diet available since feb this year and gained 9 pound need to shift the weight! |

September goal is to be "firmly entrenched" under 149.
Also to keep up the level of 3 full workouts per week and keep firming up, losing inches as I have been. S - 150...... MD today S - 151.......UD today M - 151.5...DD today T - 150.......UD today W - 151.5...DD today T - 150.......UD today Holly - you dipped into the 160s! Hope if you call it a UUAD, I'd say that tells you it was enough calories to be fueled. I'd go for the DD today. fitmom, welcome and congrats on being so close to a new decade.
