Today is another day. Tomorrow will be another. That's the beauty of JUDDD. We only have to take it one day at a time, and if we mess up, there's always tomorrow. You did well in the spring, and you're killing it now! I have no doubt you're going to make it to goal and find you have to slam on the breaks like so many here do!

Ended August at 179.5. Then I took fell off the rotation wagon for about 10 days while I was up in WI with family. So, just got on the scale this morning for the first time in days, and I've gained 4lbs. Not as bad as I thought.

Goal for Sept-Firmly in the 170's, hoping for 175.

9/11 181.5 2lbs until I'm back to my August weight!

9/9 MD 141.9 Wow,so relieved it's not more after yesterdays abundance of rich food. I am doing a MD because I like to keep Saturdays my UD's. I hope I will be able to to a good DD tomorrow after not eating much today. I keep my DD very low (below 400cal) and do not count calories on UD's at all, allthough try to make healthy choices.
9/10 DD 144.4 Am very upset
I had a good MD, had exactly the right amount of calories.

9/4 (UD): 114.6 - getting just a tad frustrated now. I've been seeing 114ish for a while now after DDs. Planning a low-carb UD today.
9/5 (DD): 116.6 *sigh* I'd really really like an UD under 116. That said, low-carb UD didn't go as planned (obviously) so I guess I'm grateful I'm not even higher...
9/6 (UD): 114.0
9/7: I didn't weigh myself and it was a massive cheat day (I'm talking chocolate, french fries, chicken nuggets, you get the drill). Needless to say, I need to start over.
9/8 (DD): 118.8 - I definitely deserved that BUT I'm doing really well with my DD today so I'm hoping a few rotations will get me back to an acceptable weight. *fingers crossed*
9/9 (UD): 116.6 - slowly but surely getting back?
9/10 (DD): 116.0 - A loss of 0.6 after an UD? Huh?!
9/11 (UD): 114.0 - I have to say, I am really happy with the way my weight bounced back after my weekend binge! JUDDD magic, maybe?

9/13 (UD): 113.4 - was so SOOO happy to see this number!!
9/14 (DD): 113.6 - Result of VERY strict low-carb.
9/15 (UD): 112.4 - SO close to goal and I get this horrible feeling I'm going to screw up really bad soon =/
9/16 (DD): 114.0 - VERY satisfied with this weight! As predicted, I screwed up a bit yesterday. I think I'm PMSing because yesterday I was craving sugar SO badly! I practically devoured my jar of almond butter, had three (fun sized) chocolates and didn't count calories. If after that, I weight in at a comfortable 114, I am FINE with that!!

Thanks for the "happy birthday" Dawn! For once I was not depressed with a lack of weight loss for the year! I also actually believe that I can eventually reach my goal.

End August weight 233 - goal for Sept. is 229 + exercise 3 times a week

09/08 - 233.4 UD
09/11 - 233.5 UD
09/12 - 235 DD (my birthday - turned into a MD, had to have some cake!)
09/13 - 233.5 UD
09/14 - 234.5 DD
09/15 - 231.5 UD !!
09/16 - 233.2 DD (lowest post UD weight!)

9.1 UD -DNW - 2000, 7.2 mile walk, got sick last night after a rich dinner and lost most of those calories!
9.2 DD- DNW - 200 cals, 2 mile walk
9.3 UD- DNW- 1915 cals, 2 hours shopping plus 2 mile walk
9.4 DD - 193 - 320 cals, terrible night's sleep
9.5 UUAD- 192 - 2400 cals

9.8 UD - 192- 2000 cals, one hour hilly walk
