9/3 (DD): 116.4 - too many cookies yesterday
9/4 (UD): 114.6 - getting just a tad frustrated now. I've been seeing 114ish for a while now after DDs. Planning a low-carb UD today.
9/5 (DD): 116.6 *sigh* I'd really really like an UD under 116. That said, low-carb UD didn't go as planned (obviously) so I guess I'm grateful I'm not even higher...
9/6 (UD): 114.0
9/7: I didn't weight myself and it was a massive cheat day (I'm talking chocolate, french fries, chicken nuggets, you get the drill). Needless to say, I need to start over.
9/8 (DD): 118.8 - I definitely deserved that BUT I'm doing really well with my DD today so I'm hoping a few rotations will get me back to an acceptable weight. *fingers crossed*
9/9 (UD): 116.6 - slowly but surely getting back?
9/10 (DD): 116.0 - A loss of 0.6 after an UD? Huh?!
9/11 (UD): 114.0 - I have to say, I am really happy with the way my weight bounced back after my weekend binge! JUDDD magic, maybe?
9/12 (DD): 115.6
9/13 (UD): 113.4 - was so SOOO happy to see this number!! Unfortunately, I have a friend coming in ftown and she wants to make plans for the weekend. So, I'm afraid this number won't stick since I'll have to do some UDs this weekend instead of rotations. *sigh*

Ended August at 179.5. Then I took fell off the rotation wagon for about 10 days while I was up in WI with family. So, just got on the scale this morning for the first time in days, and I've gained 4lbs. Not as bad as I thought.

Goal for Sept-Firmly in the 170's, hoping for 175.

9/11 181.5 2lbs until I'm back to my August weight!

Well done everyone with the losses so far, great to see so many on the thread. I have been lax about posting this month, but have been weighing. I had a couple of big up days this week, but am back to my August month end weight.

My goal for September is to lose 4 lbs, getting me into the 220's! I am also going to participate in a research study about exercise and diabetes prevention so hopefully that will help me get on track with exercise! It will require exercise 4 times a week for 12 weeks!

End August weight 233 - goal for Sept. is 229 + exercise 3 times a week

09/08 - 233.4 UD
09/11 - 233.5 UD
09/12 - 235 DD (my birthday - turned into a MD, had to have some cake!)
09/13 - 233.5 UD

I see some great losses out there. Especially Laura! Way to go!!!

I know some of us aren't bouncing down as fast as we'd like. I do think that JUDDD will work for me (hopefully you too!) so I took an honest look and decided to tweek a couple things and try to be more inline with my daily calories. Really count and keep track. I downloaded 2 different phone apps and I am trying both out to see which one I like more. It is causing me to really keep track of my calories and gives me a daily average.

I don't want to be overweight/unhealthy forever. I feel like my life is on pause sometimes. Waiting for me to get my butt in gear and get this weight off. Get to feeling great and self confident. That's it. I've had it. Today will not be wasted. I want to move closer to my goal.

We can do this ladies!!! I know we can!!!

I hope I will be able to to a good DD tomorrow after not eating much today. I keep my DD very low (below 400cal) and do not count calories on UD's at all, allthough try to make healthy choices.

Lost my rotations in a bout of food poisoning and came out of it starving yesterday. I'm not sorry about gaining a temporary pound because at least now I know I'm fueled for a DD. I expect it to leave quickly as I heal.

There are 2 restaurants my husband wants our family to avoid because he suspects them. Wish we knew for sure exactly what happened.

Holly, you have a very interesting post. Are you visualizing a better number? I wish it was real for you!
