cooking from sophie dahl cookbook today..was reading it yesterday on my dd and decided gonna have some luxury on my up days ..so today breakfast..ive made cinnamon roast peaches with vanilla yoghurt for breakfast..its already afternoon and ive found im craving all the stuff i usually crave when im on a diet..not even that hungry ..
lunch..is gonna be salad nicoise without potatoes or anchovies..dinner will be grilled vegetables with halloumi and a pudding of carnation milk strawberry jelly.. : ) |

I usually have a guess at what I'll be eating, based on what's around and then enter it into Mastercook first thing, so I have an idea if I'm over/under my cals. Today OH is making his huge breakfast, one reason I've always been unable to lose in the past, and that's 500-600 cals.
Fried potatoes one egg one turkey sausage for lunch 1/2 a pack of cabbage slaw mixed with about 1 cup of pumpkin penne pasta and a bit of grated parmesan, for about 500 calories. Dinner will probably be a couple of turkey hot dogs and sauerkraut, no bun. That's only about 300 calories, so I will have a bit of ice cream for 125 cals in the afternoon and later in the evening a small glass of port and a piece of chocolate. According to Dr. Johnson's site I'm allowed 1875 on my up day.
