B: Coffee; 4oz NY strip cooked in .6oz butter with garlic
Snack: probably a large iced coffee w/sf caramel and half and half
D: salmon mixed w/sour cream in romaine; sliced cucumber; an apple and some super sharp cheddar cheese
S: chicken breast w/skin; broccoli; roasted okra; avocado

oooh, Dottie-- roasted okra? is it delicious? I looooove okra (dh isn't super crazy about it)... do you use fresh or frozen?

Here's my UD:

B: 1 slice of pizza. i weighed it, about 6oz, so that's 500cal.

L: probably 2hb eggs and some lite mayo

D: 13oz rib eye steak, some sort of veg (cauli?) and then LC chocolate icecream for dessert

right around 2000 cal and who knows how many carbs-- I'm at 50 just from the 'za.

WOE: Moderate Carb JUDDD (Lost first 4 lbs on WW)
Start Date: 7/4/2012 -- 42 lbs lost total
Dealing with leftovers today in interesting ways. This week we didn't have a stove due to kitchen renovations, so there was much take-out, and then we had a party on Sunday, so, the key here will be to enjoy all the leftovers but not allow my thrifty 'We must not waste this!' instinct send me over my up day limit.

B. Cheesey Potato Frittata (made with 6 oz roasted potatoes sliced up with eggs poured over them, topped with cheese) + Strawberry Smoothie
L. Chicken Breast Sandwich on WW Rye + Cucumbers & Tzaziki Sauce
D. Italian Sausage + Bean Salad + Roasted Peppers
Snacks: 1 slice Shrimp Toast from Chinese takeout the other night + apple + spumoni if I have calories left over

B: Santa Fe turkey burger, no cheese + jalapenos, water, coffee
L: Chili? Lean Cuisine?
D: No idea. Probably chicken. We're getting our first box from the CSA today, so I'll have to choose veggies from it. We'll also be out running errands (high quality puppy food for the starving pup, have to run to the mall and pay a bill, etc.), so who knows when we'll get dinner. May have to grab something while we're out after all.

On the road today, so a lot of fast food. Didn't eat until 11am, even thoug.ht I've been up since 6:45. I keep forgeting to eat on UD mornings.

D-I have no idea, lol

S-McDonald's iced mocha

1 little White Castle burger (must be the day for it, Crazy Cat, Jan - salty though)

Still have about 700 cals for supper, which is dh's call. Need 3 more veggie/fruit servings, so will be sure a salad is part.

BTW - 5 veggie/fruit servings have proven to be my best friends lately for getting back to weight loss. At the risk of TMI, we have to "keep things moving" you know!
