Lunch will be hot wings. I bought them last night since I am craving them!
My kids are trying "Stuffed Soup"... which is condensed cream of chicken soup + 1/2 can water + a box of chicken stuffing mix + shredded cheese. I am using a nifty little appliance called the GT Xpress but I am sure you can bake them in muffin pans. I am sure I'll try it too. Supper is Papa John's pineapple pizza. 3 slices cheese pizza minus the edge crust = 750 calories. |

Ooh, that stuffed soup sounds good!!
B - Brown n' Serve maple sausages and a cup o' Joe with HWC L - Shredded turkey breast w/mayo, spread on pita chips D - Not sure....maybe a cheeseburger. No buns in the house, so it will be bunless. But I'll have plenty of ketchup on it to make up for it. |

B cherries, coffee
s donut, coffee (savoured w/o guilt)L turkey sausage, coleslaw s jerky, apple d chicken, corn, half baked potato, broc, carrots, frozen yogurt 1741 cals... maybe an underestimate re the fro yo toppings etc., but I feel full and content, so gonna let it ride. |

B- smart ones breakfast sandwich and a fiber plus brownie
L- lean cuisine and a bowl of berries S- 100 cal pack of cookies D- 2 kinds of pasta, one cup plus a bit more total, salad with spray dressing and a small cannoli ****** has me at 1746 so far. Might have a bit more or might not. Feeling blah and sorry for myself because the scale is not cooperating (so what's new?) |
