Hi gang

Had an UUAD yesterday, though it was planned-- went to the CNE (biggest fair in Canada type of thing) and walked around a lot, and at a LOT of fried things. Let's not discuss on a DD

Today, totally back in the saddle:

B: "carrot cake" oolong tea
followed by other tea, caffeine free

L: maybe a laughing cow triangle

D: 8oz grilled chicken, big romaine salad, 40 cal worth of dressing (I'll stretch it with lemon juice or something)

Dessert: 1c of gluc almond milk pudding, and maybe some walden farm thrown in to stretch it-- I'm trying out their "caramel dip" and it's great mixed in.

I'm also allowing for an extra 100 cal or so if needed.

Per plan: 497 cal
5g carb

for later:
have yogurt, apple, leftover roast beef with parsnips, curried tuna salad made with yogurt-org raisins-celery-apple, lots of good very low cal choices.

I'm kind of out of the staples in our house right now, so I'm freaking out a little bit about what to make for dinner. I usually eat low carb chili, but I'm out. I'm also out of salad fixings, though I have a cucumber. We have some grilled chicken...

B. Skipped it
L. Bulletproof Coffee (220 cal)
D. Egg drop soup w/ shirataki noodles & chicken breast? (300 cal)

If I really need a snack, I'll use the cucumber with tzaziki sauce (45 cal)

Tell me how you made yours less? Also, good luck on the audition and I hope the beer will lull you to sleep before you notice hunger.

Steph, I did 1 1/4 tsp CO, 1 1/4 tsp butter, roughly.
It was delish (which becomes "selfish" with autocorrect!).
Hope I've got the math right.
And if I'm hungry tonight, I'll do a T PB instead of the beer.
Really, though, DDs ain't the problem for me. Eating like a backhoe on UDs is my problem. I sometimes wish I could do one UUAD followed by 2 DDs. May try that sometime.
