UD - Friday, What's Cooking?

B - 2 eggs, toast 325c
L - salad, chicken, cottage cheese 275c
S - protein granola bar 190c

That leaves over 1000c for dinner and drinks. DH and I are heading to the city for a night out and even staying at a hotel tonight! Fun times head!

Breakfast: None.
Lunch: Tuna salad (tuna, lettuce, half a boiled egg, a tablespoon of crumbled cheese, 2 tablespoons of balsamic) = 250-300 calories?
Snack: A bowl of cottage cheese = 245 calories

It's easiest for me to stay under calories when I skip breakfast. The only problem is, I LOVE breakfast food so...

Dinner: 2 eggs fried in coconut oil, 1 turkey burger patty (90+90+170+125)
Movie snack: Lightly buttered Popcorn (246 calories)

Let's hope I stick to this!!

DH called and asked me to meet him and his boss at our favorite Mexican place for lunch, so I had shrimp enchiladas and 1/2 my beans and rice.

That leaves me about 500 calories for dinner (I already entered my wine!). DH says grilled chicken, so that's plenty.
