Sacrilege! I don't seem to have a problem during the day now. I drink my coffee and redbush tea black (or red I suppose) and don't really feel hungry now I have slowly moved my food down the day.
I do take a few pieces of fruit into work and have miso paste, if I really need to feel as though I have eaten something - I have 3 different types so I can ring the changes, all for about 12 kcals.
I really don't think it's a common American practice either to put butter in coffee, lol. At least I had never heard of it before.
I still don't want no stinking marmite!
