Jiggly poofs!

Does anyone here get the "jiggly poof" phenomenon when they are due for a woosh?

This happened to me with HCG. My fat stores would start to feel really soft. Everything seems a lot more "squishy".

My stomach is so jiggly right now. It's making me cray cray...but I hope it means a woosh is coming!

Yes. Right now my upper thighs are certainly more squishy than they were last week. I also itch like crazy on the areas that are about to release fat and always have even on Atkins 72. I hate it when my face itches. Like I need to lose anymore weight in my face. I have enough wrinkles.
AND my upper thighs have been itching like crazy the past couple of days. Yea. More fat leaving.

Oh ya! The itching is definitely a symptom I experience.

Same here. Itching, jiggliness. I've been feeling it in overdrive this week and have dropped a bunch over the last few days.

We have the "Tomorrow" song in JUDDD version. Maybe we should get someone to write a song to Will Smith's "Gettin' Jiggy Wit It" and call it JUDDD's "Gettin' Jiggly Wit It!" Na na na na na na na, na na na na na na. :sing:

Okay, I'll stop with my crazy self! :hyst:

Fascinating!

I'm going to watch out for itching (I get itchy if you just say "insect" UGH).

I do notice sometimes, my stomach feels flatter... and I get this odd urge to touch it. Like, when it's not flatter, I don't, but some days, something *draws* me to give it a squish, and I'm like, "huh, seems a bit flatter, maybe I'll weigh tomorrow".

LOL Dawn-- I used to do LC parodies of songs... currently, for my work trip to Vegas, I'm working on "call me, maybe" but calling it "train you, maybe" (b/c I work for the training group at my company). LOL :D

I did get that with hcg a few years back, but have never had that with IF. I have had the loss of mega inches with almost no scale movement at all with intermittent fasting though.

I'm pretty much jiggly all the time LOL so it's hard to tell! My upper thighs are really loose today and yesterday I noticed it as well but I chalked it up to further toning along the thighs with Callanetics. I sure hope it means a whoosh!
