UD Tuesday-- whatcha eatin' ?
Here's me today--- going to an Italian place for dinner with girlfriends tonight, so trying to keep it to a dull roar.
Down 2lbs from the UUAWeekend :)
B: 3 eggs, wee bit of olive oil, and some pico de gallo on top
1 LC bagel, 50g lite cream cheese
iced tea, vitamins, more water
L: not sure yet, maybe coldcuts on a flatbread or rolled in a LC tortilla
D: I perused the menu, my plan is:
grilled squid and peppers for the app
probably orange roughy (fish) in a rose sauce with shrimp and crab
1 glass of wine
tiramisu (and if they don't have it, b/c I have some kind of anti-tiramisu powers, then I just skip dessert).
should come in at or around 2000-2100, and under 100g carb
My first UD was out of control, I'm afraid. Started out fine....but dinner killed me!
B - Coffee with HWP, 2 eggs with 1 oz velveeta.
L - 7oz cheeseburger with barbecue sauce
S - 1 cup of mini-wheats
D - Chinese take-out. Been so long since I had chinese, and I carbed out big-time. Veggie fried rice, chicken lo mein, and an egg roll. To top it off, I had a poppyseed muffin with cream cheese frosting from the local bakery.
Plugged it all in my tracker....2298 calories, 224 carbs!! Ouch, ouch, ouch. I think I ate everything I've been restricting myself from for months. Really need to learn how to treat my UDs as regular eating, not a feeding frenzy.
I'll do much better next time. Promise. :)
I'm eating my weight in peanut butter chocolates! :P
