DD Monday - what's your menu?
I had a an UUAD weekend :doh: and I'm up on the scale... so I'm going to have a really great DD today!
B: iced tea, maybe a cheese triangle
L: HB egg
D: turkey burger, veggies
S: 2c almond milk with davinci
My DD menu is this:
B: Egg McMuffin - one egg (70), one light English muffin (100), one slice Canadian bacon (20) - 190 calories
L: Shrimp & Grits - 194 calories (unrecipe in the DD food thread)
D: For dinner a Joseph's pita with turkey & laughing cow cheese (145) calories and a small apple (60)
That should keep me under my down day goal of 600.

d ground turkey breast spaghetti sauce with shirataki

My husband is on a DD with me today and we agreed to have a "Subway" day, which he thinks he can handle well.
I got a foot-long Ultimate Veggie on flatbread and have eaten half so far. If I do finish it, that will be 650, a little more than I usually eat on DDs. So I may eat 3/4 of it. In hindsight, I wish I'd gotten a 6-inch and then a tuna salad.
reporting in for a change--things have been tough for me food wise. I keep going back and forth between different plans trying to find something that fits :( I love JUDDD best, but still have trouble with binges on UDs even after all this time--
B: pumpkin protein almond milk shake: 100
L: cabbage/salmon/lowfat cheese, broth stirfry: 180
S: Fab Flour Cake OR protein fudge: 100
dinner: beanless chicken chili: 200

Back to rotations as I've taken some time off!
Today is my 1st DD in a LONG time :)
Water, Water, Diet Hansens Soda, SF Powerade, More Water. Maybe some lean protein and veggies if needed.

Hello sorenkkg, melisa82, ouizoid, keivasmom, whitlin`, b_lou_who, and cahira!!! :hugs: Would like to get to know you all. It`s my 6th week on JUDDD, but I still love it! This woe is very forgiving. I had a bit of a set back about a week ago, but now am back on track. :up:

Hi everybody! Whacks of traveling these days. Grabbing a wonderful DD at home before heading off again.
L: salad (lettuce, mushrooms, fennel, cucumber, red pepper, onion, vinegar, and mustard) 250.
D: coffee smoothie. 50.
That might be it, today. :)
My first DD!
B - Whey Protein mixed with water; coffee with half n half
L - 4 oz chicken breast
S - Vlasic Zesty Dill spear (the jar says 0 calories....this can't be right!)
D - Romaine Lettuce with Kraft Italian dressing and 10 cherry tomatoes.
Lots o' water, and diluted Crystal Light.
Total: 394 Cals
Coffee with cream (40 calories)
Salmon with 2 small fingerling potatoes (200)
Dinner...cabbage soup with some turkey meatballs (200)
500 calories on the dot! :p
B- coffee w 1/2 & 1/2
L- greek salad from Safeway
ate it with only a 1/4 of the dresasing so that put it at 225 cal.
D- cabbage, chicken, zucchini soup
Just think...we are getting DD over with early this week! UD tomorrow!:jumpjoy:
B: coffee with soy slender soy milk, chocolate (35)
L: boca burger (70) with low carb tortilla (45)
D: special K bar (180 ... this is rare but it sounded good tonight), 2 zucchini with 1T parmesan (84), 1 popcorn rice cake (35)
50 calories left for a snack if I need one later tonight. Might call it good there though.

I ended the day at about 551 cal, and about 22g carb
the carbs mostly came from coleslaw (stirfry for dinner), and a 1/2c of tomato sauce I had as a snack.
day went pretty much as planned, though I'm not going to have the almond milk for snack. I'm going to have some jello! :)
Treating myself to a Wen hair mask, and early to bed. Tomorrow's UD has me going out for dinner with some of the girls from work :)
Can of Progresso Chicken Pot Pie soup with a single serve bowl of diced carrots added (210 calories) YUM!!!
Deli Flat with mustard, a little lean brisket, lettuce, tomato, roasted red bell pepper, a few pickles (Around 250 calories) YUM!!!
Unusual for me, woke up with the muchies.
Killed the leftover chicken form last nights supper, 3ozs
2 WW cookies 81 cals
Hoping the day goes better from now on. Plan is:

Ok, so my second-ever Down Day (which is going pretty well, so far -- not very hungry, but did experience one bout of kind of weird dizziness -- might address this more in another post)
B: EAS caramel latte shake -- 110
L: turkey sausage -- 120
Snack: string cheese and coffee with milk and equal -- 100
D: Cabbage stir fry with a little asian pork and laughing cow lite -- 120
Total: 450 (but probably more like 500 due to some extra milk in coffee, and sf jello -- my achilles heals, apparently. lol)
Not a great day-I've got a sinus infection with vertigo, and I'm starving! I didn't eat enough yesterday, and ate too early today. So by 7pm I've had almost 600 calories and I'm still hungry.:sad: I'm really fighting not to turn this into a MD.
