DD Sunday! What's on your menu?

Good morning!

B: black coffee
D: Making the guys a chicken and pasta dish. I figured it out, I can have a small serving and a romaine salad for about 300 cals, so I may do that, or just have the chicken and rotel by itself
S: shirataki rice, celery and green onions in chicken broth

Have to be strict today, yesterday was an UUAD!

Just coffee with SF chocolate syrup so far

Afternoon-pouch of tuna, 2 Wasa crackers, light mayo-185

Dinner-Either FF Greek yogurt or cabbage/chicken/cream cheese

Evening-Wendy's chili-This is very filling, I can see why Dawn eats it every day! 210

WOE: Whatever plan keeps me around 150 lbs!
B: Eggbeaters w/mushrooms and habanero sauce. Coffee.
L: 2 C baby spinach, 1 "to go cup" of tuna, WF bacon ranch dressing.
D: Chicken, green beans, maybe some rotel tomatoes.

Trying to stick to 400 calories or less. I'm hungry today, and I think it's because I'm trying to do 3 meals on DDs now. I have also quit the pterostilbene which I thought was making me hungrier, but now I think it wasn't affecting me one way or the other.

I waited till around 2:00 to eat anything. Wasn't hungry.

L- Hungry girlfredo (I didn't have low fat sour cream or low fat parmesean cheese so I figured the cal count at 113)

Not sure about dinner yet. Think maybe some greek yogurt, a steak-ummm and broccoli with butter.

Well, today is a strange down day. I'm both exhausted and jittery beyond belief. I can't tell if it's the bulletproof coffee that's doing it to me or if it's the stress of the fact that my alter ego (Stephanie Draven) has a book releasing tomorrow and me and my publisher are still working through issues with the cover! I am not feeling bulletproof.

B. Bulletproof Coffee (200 cal)
L. A bowl of excitement and anxiety (0 cal)
D. Low carb chili on Tofu Shirataki Noodles (@300 calories)

@500 calories. Which, today, feels like it's going to be the death of me.

was doing so good today!!!

1 cup Veg Stew 50cal
Sliver of Brownie 75 cal
that's all I was going to eat til dinner... then went to work and they had leftover cajun pasta from the buffet... ate about 1/2 cup. 250cal!!

So I'm at 375 not bad... and 1.5 cup veg stew planned for dinner so 450 if I stick to just that!!

The bad part is I wasn't even hungry!!! Just looked SOOOO good!! Pre TOM is the worst for me. During isn't bad, atleast I have that to be thankful for!!

I did skip the mini donuts and sweet corn today- FREE with our Customer Appreciation celebration today! Didn't even look good! I just want salty and savory!!!

Ended up eating 2oz of avocado (100) and a sliced tomato w/1/2oz of fresh mozzarella (100) today. Skipped the chicken dish will make it tomorrow.

I usually do a full-fast on DDs but hunger got the best of me today

Weird day. Didn't get really hungry until 6:30 pm.

B - coffee with almond milk (20)
L - cauliflower soup and Taco Bell pintos, no cheese - (180)
D - Lean Cuisine Beef Portabello and 1 c steamed cabbage (194)

Total: 394 so far

I'm probably going to have a 100-calorie snack before bed.
