I'm here :hiya: Hi Sunday :)
Was busy all day yesterday teaching a course, but had a lovely UD dinner. Ready to go today:
B: iced tea, hb egg, vitamins
L: maybe a turkey pepperette?
D: I have ground turkey to use up-- probably turkey patty, salad.
Shooting for 500-600, b/c realistically, I'm still PMS and that means hungry days, but U and D.
Lots of tea and water.
B: as planned
L: had sauerkraut and some pico de gallo (costco find-- 6$ for a big huge jar of fresh, not the cooked salsa kind. 20 cal for 4T)
D: had a 6oz turkey burger (400), 1/2 a flatout flatbread (45cal), 1 wedge of cheese (23 cal), and some roasted red pepper (I count that as 0).
I plan on having some raspberries with walden farms 0 calorie marshmellow dip-- I like them together :)
total--(this fits between my 25 and 30% DD numbers)
