Here I am at 180 although white does make me look even larger.




Here I am at 149 and black helps make me look smaller.

Thanks everyone for your kind remarks. I now have to forge ahead to maintenance and I know I need to add some weight lifting and I have all of the equipment. I am just LAZY when it comes to exercise BUT I know I HAVE to do it eventually. I will be retiring in less than 6 months so I am excited about being able to do all of the things I want to accomplish with a new trim body. I LOVE JUDDD.

You look amazing! Thank you for posting. You are my inspiration today to remain true to JUDDD.

I always try to keep my weight management in mind.. I don't want to be one who regains all that hard-lost weight, so wonderful successes like yours helps me keep focused!

And I really needed to wake up this morning and see something like this. My DD yesterday ended up being an extra-hefty MD, and I'm altering my rotation, so today needs to be a good DD.

I have 9 more pounds to go although I got down to 144 a few years ago and I would really be pretty happy at 145. Shoot I am happy at 149.

I have to say you carry your weight so well even at 180 it is distributed evenly and you don't look huge in the original picture. You are gorgeous in both photos but, WOWZA!
