So glad you posted this. You have done an amazing job and look great. What's more, you seem to have such a positive outlook and spirit. Great motivation for one who is just starting.

I think what i love the most in your photo is HOW YOUNG you look.. JUDDD have reversed the clock for you.. the fountain of youth is what we have found here!

Thank you so much Kimberly. One of the judges at the show Friday was someone I knew very well many years ago on the goat circuit. She kept telling me how great I looked and how gracefully I had aged. So JUDDD not only helps you lose weight but also makes you feel and look younger. How can anyone argue with that? I have wrinkles but who doesn't at my age? But my skin looks great and I bounce around and smile a lot since I feel so full of energy. Loving my new lease on life the JUDDD way.

And I would love to see photos of Dawn and Carly on their journey too. I love to see the positive results. I am seeing strange looks at work since my crew is back when I eat with them on an UD. I don't think they believe me when I tell them I alternate calories low/high since they don't see me everyday.

I agree... I would love to encourage them to also post there before durring and after photos.. i think along with the whole "the pants dont lye" Photos are also worth a million words.. you showed us that posting yours.. oh and i LOVE the goat~
