B: Coffee
Mid morning: cake and coffee with my mother for her birthday
D: Taco salad (no shell) w/avocado and greek yogurt
S: chicken breast roasted w/pasta sauce and topped w/fresh mozzarella; artisan bread crostini topped w/tomato slices, fresh mozzarella and basil, drizzled w/evoo

Good morning all! Today is my Monday (at least at work).

B - 2 eggs, cheese, GF Waffle 285c
L - chicken patty with salad 240c
S - protein granola bar 190c
D - cheesey sloppy joes and tomato/mozzarella salad 530c

That leaves 600c. Probably have a dessert or bigger sloppy joe!

B: 3 mini croissants w/ 2 packets cream cheese and a homemade protein bar
L: Ham sandwich on a smaller roll w, avocado, provolone, spinach, tomato, and onion, a small bag of ruffles with cottage cheese, and a nectarine.
D: Small wedge brie and crackers (I think there are 10...I'll check later) with 2 figs.
S: Butter almond thin cookies, maybe something after workout...not sure.

Yay! It's an Up Day!

I'm going to admit it. Big breakfasts seem to stick with me a good long time.

Breakfast
2 Kashi Blueberry Waffles with 1tbsp butter and a dash of syrup
2 Morning Star Veggie sausages (prefer them to the real thing)
2 egg omelette stuffed with Kraft Fat Free Single + French Onion Wedge of Laughing Cow Light served on a bed of arugula stir-fried in a tsp of coconut oil

Lunch
Polska Kielbasa grilled with onions & pixie eggplants

Dinner
Cheeseburgers and FiberGourmet Mac n' Cheese
or
Tortellini and Italian Greens & Beans

Snack
Fresh Cherries
Carbsmart Chocolate Ice Cream

B: I ordered my usual and they gave me the wrong thing, so I'm having a problem coming up with the right calories. Santa Fe chicken sandwich, no cheese, + jalapenos (I'm thinking it's around 550 calories??)
L: Probably chili or a salad
D: No clue yet

Well, I had Steph's good idea (breakfast a larger meal than others) BUT had Dawn's bad luck!

We have a little girl spending sleepover with my daughter so our bright idea was for me to go get Bo Jangles and bring home brunch for everyone. I just had the WORST BJ meal I've ever tasted we all hated everything. Everything was super-salty to the point my husband says this location has somehow ruined the real BJs recipes today!!! So not only am I unhappy, I'm thinking my sodium is skewed for the day. Sigh. (yes, I called and complained)

The half-apple for my early breakfast was good... ... Apples are still being made according to the Original Recipe.

That's too bad! I don't know what Bo Jangles is, but I'd be down there asking for a refund. UGH.

UD - gotta love em!

B- WW breakfast sandwich and a WW brownie (350)
S- one Oreo and a couple of starbursts (120)
L- big ole spinach salad with grilled chicken, one slice bacon and a sprinkling of cheese, vinegar to dress, 6 or so croutons (500)
D- homemade nachos with lean ground beef, onions, peppers, cheese, light sour cream and fresh salsa (750)
S- half a serving of caramel bugles (OMG good) (80)
And I still have about 100 cals if I want to spend them!

Can you imagine ONE Oreo LOL?
