I can't believe

I just totally forgot today was an UD and had a dd lunch!

Guess I need a pretty good snack around 3 today or I'm going to be in trouble on calories.

Tina,
It used to make me nuts when people wrote about not knowing whether it was an UD or a DD. Foe the first while I'd have forgotten my kids' names first.
I'm with you, now, though. I have to think about it some days. Incredible.

LOL! Most folks find it hard to believe that eventually your brain gets so into the routine that it only signals the appropriate amount of appetite for each type of day. And that on DDs, you are rarely much more hungry than on any other day.

something similar happened to me this week - I'd say it's a reliable sign that you're well entrenched in the JUDDD way of life!

I so love when this happens! Except for the feeling of having to find extra cals for dinner.

The few times that it has happened to me, I just made it a MD. Unless I can find some really fatty stuff to finish off w/o making myself stuffed and miserable.

A banana split does sound good.....

DH and I had a hilarious and intense discussion around, is today DD or UD recently. Today is Down, I'm sure of it! Well, what did we have for dinner last night? Wasn't that a really low-cal dinner? No, I'm sure yesterday was UD! We had that for dinner night before last...didn't we? Well, what did you weigh this morning? Did you bounce or drop? Where did I put that daily log?????

Getting old is heck. But it has it's moments.

LOL, Nancy! This is so true.

Besides *the calendar* in the kitchen, I have another one on my desk by the computer. I have to note in the upper left corner of each day whether it is a DD or an UD, and then I have to note in the lower left corner what the morning weight was.

Anymore each day is so completely satisfying, it's hard to remember.

I am so glad I'm not alone. LOL

My 14yo dd is constantly telling my I have "old-timer's disease". Unfortunately, she's right.
