Farmers market stew today. 1 cup has about 50 cal so about 4 cups of that throughout the day and 80cal of shrimp added to the dinner portion.

Always start the day with LOTS of coffee, skip the cream.

Approx 300 cal for the day. Maybe a nectarine if needed.

hung tough till about 3:30 then had some non fat greek yogurt and a nectarine. Thinking maybe tomato pie (no cheese) slice with salad for dinner or maybe a salad with grilled chicken.

Today is now a MD

I completely blew my carefully planned menu with an impromptu dinner out. I'm probably at about 800 calories now.

Which Lean Cuisine? I haven't seen one that low in calories, but like to have them as back up.

It's 4:30 and I've only had coffee and a few cherries. That wasn't on purpose. I am planning to switch my schedule to set down days as of this weekend so my rotations are going to be different as of this week. I will be doing MWF down days, Tue and Thu and Sat will be up days...Saturday is going to be an mid day. This is so my boyfriend and I can truly enjoy the one day we share off work together every week.

I hit 800 cals because I cannot resist mangoes. Oh mango, will my passion for you never cease?

Could be worse, right?

It's Steak Tips Portabello with broccoli. There's also a couple of chicken ones that are 180 calories.

WOE: Moderate Carb JUDDD (Lost first 4 lbs on WW)
Start Date: 7/4/2012 -- 42 lbs lost total
3 strips fully cooked Bacon
2 Sci-Fit Beef Stix
1 Hard Boiled Egg
2/3 cup strawberry halves
1 Chocolite Pecan Caramel Chew candy
1 Watermelon Basil Lemonade w/ Glucomannan Powder

I divided up my calories into 15 mini meals of 35 calories each and set my timer to go off every hour during which I ate them. In the morning, I was hungry. Then I got ahead of the hunger curve and was good throughout the afternoon, most of which was spent shopping and driving to a baby shower. It was only in the late evening on the way home that I fell behind the hunger curve again.

Interesting experiment. Today was manageable considering the challenges. The nutrition is nothing to brag about though.
