I am not sure today. I don't feel like eating so I am going to wait until I am then see what sounds good. I am going to have some coffee with a little creamer though.

Hi Gang

went till about 3pm before I ate anything. Going to try something new for dinner:

B: mango chili green tea, iced

L: 1hb egg, wee bit of lite mayo
gotta take my vitamins...
more iced tea

D: going to try my tuna noodle thing, but with cooked slaw mix:
1 can tuna in water, drained
1 bag of slaw mix
1/4c parmesan
1T heavy cream (comes to 452 cal)

526 for the day.
13.5 g carb

L: Protein shake...about 200 cals
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (115)
1 TBSP PB2 (24)
10 ice cubes
2 TBSP SF vanilla syrup (0)
1/4 cup cottage cheese (40)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (22)

D: Italian sausage with broccoli slaw and mushrooms and Trader Joe's spaghetti sauce, 1/4 recipe (165)

Total: 365

May add diet orange soda or root beer with 1 TBSP heavy cream for a "float" in afternoon or evening.

With lots of veggies. I brought this home in my insulated bag and had it in two sittings as well. (other half is in fridge for tomorrow)

So, 513 calories, 455 sodium, in 4 meals, 3 hours apart: 9, 12, 3, 6. In honor of Pat's hourly eating today, thought I'd make mine at specific times, too.

I haven't been very hungry today...which is weird for me.

I had my normal dd breakfast: 2 strips bacon and a hard boiled egg

Never ate any lunch since I never got hungry.

Made cream cheese and flax pancakes and cheesy scrambled eggs for dinner. (plus one bite of the kids' blueberry pancakes.) Made turkey sausage links but didn't eat any myself.

Might have some pepperoni, cheese and a tsp of pizza sauce for a "midnight snack." I don't want to wake up ravenous. lol
