B - 3 eggs +plus 2 egg whites, SF preserves, coffee with 1 T HWC (321)
L - leftover sandwiches from Subway (?)
D - cabbage, ground meat and tomatoes

L: Chicken breast.. with Broccoli . then pinapple slices
D: Chicken stir fry with tons of veggys.. and cukes in sour cream yummy

Oh and Hersheys minitures.(sugarfree) 6 of em.. as we speak

Experimenting with spreading cals out a bit and with making DD ams similar to UD ams. Also experimenting with lots of red wine tonight.
B: egg white omelette. 125
L: four wasa-cow-cheese-dill-pickle combos. 240
S: coffee smoothie (UD version) 180
D: No idea - 900 cals, which I can do in a heartbeat.
S: 6 oz red wine 150

Thank God It's an Up Day

Yesterday was another irritating down day, though I kept to 500 cals. I wonder if, having gone on vacation, I ruined the 'down days get easier' pattern? Anyway, I'm hungry today.

B. Two eggs fried in coconut oil with wilted arugula, three slices of bacon, one slice Kraft Fat Free Singles, and some grilled onion served over a grilled burger with a Big Train Vanilla Latte (772 cal -- yes, you read that right. I'm testing the whole protein + fat for satiety over volume theory this morning.)
L. Albacore Tuna drizzled with FF Italian Dressing on Arugula with Tomato and Parmesan (247 cal)
D. Beef tips in gravy stir fried with mushrooms and onions, served over broccoli and Carba Nada Pasta (949 cal)
S. CarbSmart Ice Cream with Mascarpone and Strawberries (300 cal)

That will still leave me under my up day number, so I might finish with a protein or fat or dark chocolate.

B: Coffee, 1 C Greek yogurt with a medium banana and 3/4 small apple mixed in. 1 C cherries. (I was craving fruit this morning)
L: Santa Fe turkey burger, no cheese, + jalapenos, iced tea.
D: No idea. DH is still out of town, so we may go to Panera. Or I may cook. Yeah right!

Ended up at Chipotle for dinner. I had a barbacoa burrito bowl, then we went to Baskin Robbins for dessert. I don't usually like ice cream, but they had a coconut pineapple low calorie version that was pretty good. It was also 103* so the cold was appreciated.

I am right there with you! I am SOOO not one of those people that can't seem to get my Up day calories in!
