B: Coffee w/coconut oil and half and half; eggbeaters scrambled w/2 slices bacon, a handful of spinach, chipotle gouda and topped w/walden farms pancake syrup ( )
D: ribeye cooked w/butter and 1/2 an avocado
Snack: mvp dutch chocolate protein shake w/chobani greek yogurt, golden flax meal and almond milk
S: not sure yet, maybe tuna salad (tuna, hard boiled egg, mayo, dill pickle relish)

Still "room" for a nice supper.

I know I want beef and salad for supper. We'll see what dh wants to do about that - make us something here or consider something out.

Today is my birthday and some colleagues took me out to lunch. Luckily for me it is an UD, so I didn't restrain myself. I had:

1/2 Smoked Ham and Swiss sandwich
1/2 order french fries
Small slice carrot cake

Birthday isn't over so don't know what I'll be eating for supper...maybe the rest of my lunch, or something other deliciousness.

Here's the plan, and so far, sticking to it:

B: 2 eggs, 3 slices thick bacon, and then 2c whole grain cheerio-like cereal (a bit more fiber in my version) and almond milk

L: 1 can of salmon (I ran out of tuna!) and 1 bag of microwave pork rinds

water, lots of it
vitamins

D: sirloin steak, 14-16oz, and some cauliflower hash
LC chocolate icecream

should be around 2000 cal, and maybe 45g carb?
