B - LC Waffle, 2 eggs, cheese 430c
L - chicken fajita meat/peppers on lettuce with guac, cheese, tomato 350c
D - not sure, it's PTA executives meeting at On the Border. Must have a plan!

B: Santa Fe turkey burger, no cheese, + jalapenos, coffee
L: Small chili w/2 packs chili seasoning (saving calories for dinner)
D: The Old Spaghetti Factory ~ Minestrone, whole wheat spaghetti with 1/2 meat sauce and 1/2 mizithra and brown butter, spumoni, and wine

I fully expect to be back over 200 in the morning with this menu.

Going to start reigning myself in on UD, it's been a little out of control.

B-Serving of maple & brown sugar mini-wheats, no milk-190
Coffee with SF chocolate syrup-15

L-Eggbeaters with 2 sausage patties-250-300

S-Romaine lettuce with a big Roma tomato, tbl of ranch-100

Not sure about dinner, but I have lots of calories left over to play with

L: Pasta bake (Pasta w/ ground beef and chicken breast in red sauce)
D: Meatloaf with 1/2 mashed potatoes 1/2 mashed squash and sauteed (in butter, garlic and shallots) green beans and carrots.
S: 4 squares chocolate, 12 almond thins, 2 mint milanos

B. Two egg omelette fried in a pat of butter with laughing cow & FF american cheese, two veggie sausages, and asparagus.
L. Full Fat Greek Yogurt with Capella Flavor Droplets (Peach) and Splenda, an apple and two tablespoons of Better n' Peanut Butter
D. Probably grilled cheeseburgers and mac n' cheese but I could go with beef tips on Carba Nada Pasta instead

I'm interested that my up days aren't too wild when I'm at home and left to my own devices. Everything I ate today, I ate because I wanted it. I didn't have to have veggie sausage, but I enjoy it. Ditto Laughing Cow. I suppose I enjoy sugar more than splenda, but I don't dislike splenda so what is the point? It doesn't make me feel deprived to use it.

The only thing that wasn't as good as I hoped was the Better n' Peanut Butter spread. It's not better than peanut butter for sure.

I've tried both the Better N' Peanut Butter and the PB2, and PB2 wins, hands down. It's way better tasting, not as sweet, and the texture's better. I also like, for a decadent treat, to mix the chocolate PB2 with water, then add a T of virgin coconut oil, then spread it on apple slices. It's sooo good.

D: 3 pieces Papa John's pineapple pizza, no crusts

D: 2 break and bake almond scones

after a DD, 2 fat fast days and another DD... it feels good to eat again!

Forgot 1/2 peach too. I also added an almond joy. Not sure if I'm going to eat my meatloaf today. We will see what the hunger fairy brings. I forgot I had ice cream cake too...but I've already had to many sweets today...I shall save for Wednesday!

I will probably add something after my workout tonight, but not sure what yet.
