Find I'm doing the same thing so I don't have to think about it....which I guess is normal for this woe.
B. Egg whites mushroom, spinach,coffee and crystal light
s. celery, carrots, iced tea
S. chicken/cabbarge/shirataki noodles/laughing cow garlic & herb, added parsley and a sprinkle of parm, more iced tea
