I'm having a Medium Day today of 1,200 calories.

Brunch - 2 chicken sausage links (Garrett Valley All Natural) and pancakes with 1/2 T butter and 1 T syrup!

Snack - chocolate pudding, 1/2 soft pretzel (silly, but what I'd been looking forward to!)

Supper will be a big salad, I promise!

B: Uncle Harry's Bagels ~ an everything bagel with cream cheese. 2 bites of Keira's cinnamon croissant, 1 bite of DH's cinnamon schtick, coffee.

Not sure about lunch or dinner yet.

B - coffee with HWC, scrambled eggs with cheese and SF jelly
L - zoodles with spaghetti sauce, parmesan cheese and 4 oz ground beef, 8 oz cantaloupe
D - repeat lunch (trying to eat up the zucchini)

Really hungry this morning!
Breakfast - 2 eggs srambled with some crumbled sausage and light cheese
Snack - 1 slice light bread with 2T peanut butter and some gooseberry jam
Late lunch - Casserole with ham, shredded potatoes, peas, light cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth and a bit of low fat mozarella on top. I have no idea how to count it so I just gave it 300!
Dinner - I have no idea! Probably some sort of pasta.

So far, 2 frozen meals. I have a headache and have no interest in cooking, but still hungry. I'm thinking an Unwich from Jimmy John's for dinner, topping off a day woefully lacking in nutrition.

Lunch was a whole-in-the-wall chicken place. 2 pieces fried chicken, salad, fries, a nibble of garlic bread, and a slice of bacon off Keira's BLT.

Start Date: Aug 2011/I've been maintaining since April 2012
b--smoothie; almond milk, strawberries, blueberries, sun warrior vanilla, and 1 tbsp co.

l--lunch chicken fajita plate from local Mexican place, side of quac I shared with dh. Only had 2 of the 3 tortillas, but did have some chips and salsa.

s--probably hamburger, no bun or cheese, and veggies. I'll skip the fries most likely (all home cooked).

I need a nap after that big lunch.
