Gulcommanan and (tmi) diarrhea
Sorry, too much info... I'm experiencing diarrhea after a teaspoon of gluc powder in my shake in the morning. Does anyone else have a problem with this?

I hope you didn't mind me moving this for you, but it was posted in another thread by mistake.

I can't help as I don't use gluc power.

Gluc does not hit me that way. But you are definitely not the first person to notice this phenomenon.

Gluc is pure fiber. Some people have constipation when they introduce more fiber into their diet, and some people go the other direction. I tend toward the 2nd option. However, if you build up slowly, your body adjusts. I can do gluc or oat fiber, but not together. If I had either regularly, like I did when I first started JUDDD, it gets better. Gluc is a great tool for feeling full on little to no calories, but now that I've been JUDDDing for ages, I almost never use it, unless I'm having an extra hungry day.
