Back on JUDD
Don't know if you remember me. I took a break from JUDD a month ago as I was fighting my food cravings (PMS related). I went back to strick Atkins and have lost 3 lbs but have learned that even though I am low carb my PMS cravings are still there.
Last week I started following leptin reset diet and I can now see myself incorporating it with JUDD. I will be staying low carb (not more than 20 gr a day). This time around I will be at maintenance level calories: 35% Weight Loss Mode/Moderate Exercise which will bring my UD to 2049 and DD to 717. I don't have much weight to lose. I would like to lose 5-10 lbs but it is OK if it happens slowly. I promised myself not get stressed if my calories go higher during PMS. That's what I did last time and was blaming my lack of control on limited JUDD calories. I hope that leptin reset and higher calories allowance will make it happen this time for me. I am also considering trying MUDD (hello Jenny )
It is good to be back. I have to catch up on all the posts.

Marika; back! Of course we remember you!!! I'm just learning about Leptin and it is so very interesting. I mentioned to you on another thread that I got "The Leptin Diet" on my Kindle and devoured it in one night. Now I am reading a hard copy of "Mastering Leptin" and loving it. So much helpful information I never knew before. Both books are by Byron Richards and Adi is the one who got me hooked.
I can totally see myself incorporating his ideas into my JUDD plan. Really, they go well together. He also says we need a break from eating and advocates 5-6 hours between meals and no snacking. He even says 2 moderate meals a day is fine and you don't have to eat an early breakfast. He just says whatever time you eat breakfast (or brunch or lunch) make sure you get about 30 grams of protein and some people need up to 50 grams of protein.

That being said I'm about in the same boat as you. I LC, then I did JUDDD, then I went back to LC ing. Not losing any wt, so I may come back to JUDDD.
