Hi lovely ladies! I am a JUDDD newbie and I hope it's ok if I jump in mid-month. This will be my first post after a few weeks of lurking
I have been dieting since July 1st and went from 170.4 to 155.6 but did so with major calorie restriction- I was a cranky lady and had zero energy, so I knew that something had to change! After a few binge days last Tuesday-Thursday I officially started JUDDD with a down day on 7/3 at 157 pounds. I decided to only weigh on every other up day to avoid being discouraged by bounces, but am rethinking and might try every day weighing. Any suggestions?

7/4 DD
7/5 UD
7/6 DD
7/7 UD 155.4- probably just dropping water weight from my binge days but still thrilled to see a new low after eating chocolate, peanut butter, and ice cream!

Welcome, Bailey. I have no suggestions on the weighing. I often go down after UDs ans up after DDs. Most people are the opposite. And only you know whether or not you are freaked out by the JUDDD bounces. Whatever you choose, the trend will be downward. Enjoy. We're glad you've joined us.

Bailey - WELCOME TO JUDDD. Hope you enjoy this eating plan as much as I do.

I am one of those that is not bothered by the up and down scale bounces so I weigh everyday and record my weight on my calendar. I can look and see the pattern and I find it to be a game to see what I will weigh tomorrow and to see if my guess from the night before is correct. I am getting pretty good at the game too. Sometimes I get a pleasant surprise and rarely, I get a terrible shock. But it is usually just water retention and it goes away in a day or so.
