Erika, don't sweat it. Your pattern seems to be a bounce (but it isn't as high as the previous bounce), and then you drop like a rock lower than your previous low. You are doing GREAT!

Shirlc--look at that! You hit the 130 goal part. Good for you!

Goal for Aug--continue maintenance below 125. And drop my waist measurement under 30" with exercise. Ultimate waist goal is 28".

Aug 11-21st will entail vacation and my son's birthday. I still plan on doing the DDs but the UDs will probably be higher calorie than usual. To simply maintain would be lovely.

Goal for August 7lbs & to try increasing my UDs nearer to 1900

1st UD ~ 275.2 (1652 cals)
2nd DD ~ 274.6 (380 cals)
3rd UD ~ 274.2 (1781 cals GERD attack yesterday.. still feeling yucky & bloated)
4th DD ~ 275.6 (543 cals Back on antibiotics so expecting a slow week)
5th UD ~ 274.8 (1602 cals ..update: had a late night snack attack ended on 1852 Cals)
6th DD ~ 275.8 (350 cals wondering where my bouncing back & forth with a 1lb loss/regain is my increase in UD cals or my antibiotics retaining water)
