My goal for August is to lose 5.5 pounds to 232. This would bring me to my pre pregnancy, lowest weight for 12 years!

08/01 - 239 (first time below 240 after an UD!)
08/02 - 235 5 !!! (I was amazed by this)
08/03 - 240! (that's what I get for eating loads of popcorn!)
08/04 - 237.5

Goals for August - continue the rotations and see another 3 pound loss, start strength training (or gym class, depending on the day) 2X per week

August 1 - DD - 148.6 - did not count cals - away with the family for the day
August 2 - UD - 148.4 - again did not count cals today
August 3 - DD - 150.2 - no counting calories - still on vacation
August 4 - UD - 147.8 - 2000 cals + CO cals too
August 5 - DD - 147.8

Whitlin - Yes, the scale finally budged down, by a fraction, but I'll take it!!

Kimberino - you are still melting...

Shirl, I had a pancake recuperation day yesterday, too! Makes you feel in control, doesn't it? I just counted those cals left for supper (and ate them in the form of veggies)! I do NOT have to regret maple syrup!

kimberino, you passed right by me waving last month and now you are doing the most amazing job of maintaining! Woo Hoo! Switch July to August in your list and you'll be perfect.

Speaking of those who passed right by me last month, I miss Evie (Fairy Wren).

8/02 - 172.0 DD CAL: 506
8/03 - 171.3 UD CAL: 1645 (finally was hungry, but too much dinner for hunger scale)
8/04 - 171.9 DD CAL: 725 (work deadline day; couldn't get it lower)

Dawn, the balloons' net is holding them down fine. The confetti is contained. And don't worry about the doves. Sure, they get a little restless, but they also seem to be pairing up. No pressure.
