I guess I wasn't being as accurate as I thought I was with my calorie counting. Although I did attend a wedding last night on a down day and the food was very salty. Not sure about almost 7 pounds of bloat however!!! Think I might start weighing daily just to get a better picture of what's going on. Hopefully the scale will treat me better tomorrow morning even though today is an UD!

Week One - ended the week at 131

Week Two
Sunday, 8/5 - 131 - DD - (492 calories, 37 carbs)
Monday, 8/6 - 130.5 - UD - (1602 calories, 81 carbs)
Tuesday, 8/7 - 131 - DD - (500 calories, 38 carbs)
Wednesday, 8/8 - 130.5 - UUAD
Thursday, 8/9 - 133.5 - DD - (88 calories, 5 carbs)
Friday, 8/10 - 130 - UD - (1338 calories, 110 carbs)
Saturday, 8/11 - 131 - DD turned into UUAD

Week Three
Sunday, August 12 - 132 - DD

Yesterday turned into an UUAD but the good thing is that I stayed with low carb and didn't take on a bunch of water weight this time!
