(Hmmm... sorry LindaD doesn't feel well after taco salad. They can be non-trustworthy for sure.) buttah, how is your puppy? Hope you are both home again. Louloo, don't get discouraged. If each of us who seemed to "hang out" at the same weight for a few weeks stood up the thread would start rocking. Check my last few weeks - ugh, right there with ya. Elise, thanks for - when you see a loss - explaining something you think you did right the day before. Helpful. Smiling at Alcestis hanging out with you. NEW Goal for August: To maintain my 11 pound loss for the month of August, even with two weeks off from work, and a week away on vacation. Stay on the lower side of 145.

Ok, JUDDD newbie having my first weigh-in. Goal for August is to at least get to the very low 230's, if not out of them.
08/09 238 DD (522, 22 carbs) Tried to stay under 500 but didn't quite make it 08/10 237 UD I frankly expect a fairly good water loss this week, as I've been retaining like crazy from travel food and hot weather. Today is in the right direction, at least. Going to go look for some good DD recipes for tomorrow... |

Another good DD yesterday and reasonable UD today. Great considering I am on holiday!
My goal for August is to lose 5.5 pounds to 232. 08/01 - 239 (first time below 240 after an UD!) 08/02 - 235 5 !!! (I was amazed by this) 08/03 - 240!
